Cons: D.own graded from firstBusiness Class lounge is tired and over crowded. Aircraft cabin was getting old. Sound on IFE was faulty and unusable and no alternative seats were available. Food was ok could be better. Would not choose Thai for businesses class if there was another airline to choose from.

Cons: Busted infotainment screen. A perfunctory apology was offered after the flight had landed. None of the crew had any level of proficiency in English and shied from interacting with non-Chinese passengers. And finally, 10-abreast seating on the Boeing 777 is a nightmare.

Pros: Everything is perfect, the crew services are very warm and professional, I strongly believe that Singapore airlines is the best in world as I tried many airlines but I don’t see like their them, I will strongly recommend and I will be their customer for any flight to Far East inshaallah.

Cons: I recommend if they can provide paid massage service ( not complementary)at the suits class for long trip because there’s enough space to do it , I’m very glad to congratulate them for the level of service they reached .

Pros: I booked my business flight through kayak, but looks like kayak is using Flyus.com who’s has a nasty customer service. Even requesting meals cost money. Air China can’t do anything with my flight and are sending me to the kayak.com. I will never again book through kayak and will be reporting this

Cons: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.

Cons: Horrible experience of sitting on the tarmac for more than four hours with no air conditioning in New York on a 95 degree day. I thought I would die. There seemed to be no concern among the crew for our extreme discomfort.

Cons: They said they understand situation but they were afraid to solve but there were staff name Ms. Umeda Ms. Yasukawa and Ms. Ai were very nice trying to handling the situation but as we were very cooperative and understanding that not their fault. My parents are old my mother can’t walk probably and Blood pleasure patient. I ask for room in Beijing because of 18 hours delayed stay. But they failed for get Hotel. But Japanese staff were nice also crew. I would love to give 5/5 rating but honestly was bad experience only because of delayed flight and couldn’t get recovery.

Pros: The flight arrive on time. The airline did all they could to accommodate late passengers and even held back about 10 minutes because of the long lines at customs. Despite holding back they still manage to get us to our destination on time.

Cons: The entertainment was lacking severely however since this was a Sunday morning 7 AM departure most everyone on the plane slept so it was not an issue.
