Pros: I liked the inflight entertainment

Cons: More leg space on the economy seats, It makes you wish you could afford the upgrade to business class.

Pros: Just as same as what I expexted as a LCC.

Cons: Flight was delayed and additional baggage charge was non-refundable.

Pros: The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful

Pros: Food was delicious. They served dinner and breakfast. The flight was not crowded. I was able to sleep by stretching across 3 economy seats in my row.

Cons: Forget trying to get through Manila airport. The transfer process is worst in the world. Terminal 1 to 2 takes 2 hrs min.

Cons: Got food poisoning from the potato salad, as did other Americans who were on our same flight

Cons: Food options could have been better. I decided to treat myself and fly business for better service but both my trip were epic failed!

Pros: Everything was marvelous. The staff, food, and entertainment were excellent just like on our flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney.

Pros: Couldn't get the seat we requested, Airlines still use dial up Credit card machine to process, unable to process C.C payment after using 3 different C.C Crew instead blamed me and ask me to use ATM to get Cash !

Cons: Flown business class 4 times with China southern. But their beds never lay completely flat. Always have a hump in the middle so I raise the back a bit to compensate

Cons: The booking itinerary did not specify that there would be a layover in Jinan. Even though there was, it would have made more sense to allow the continuing passengers to stay on the plane rather than forcing everyone to go through customs at this point.

Pros: Economy seats were actually pretty comfortable and the staff was very attentive.

Cons: The vegetarian food was basically unsalted, watery rice and fruit. By the third round of it (long flight w/ 2 dinners and 1 breakfast) I just didn’t eat it. The entertainment also advertises movies and shows that they don’t have. Small selection that could be better.

Cons: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.

Cons: Long walk from connecting flights at LAX and incorrect gate number on schedule, necessitating even more walking. Exhausting before even getting on plane.

Cons: Too cold on the plane, air is very dry, seats are very uncomfortable. The seats are hard. No cushion. No foot rest. Cup holders don’t work properly and my drinks tilt and spill. Bathrooms are dirty. Not baby friendly. Food is poor quality. I didn’t get a drink during my meal. I had to flag a flight attendant down to get juice.
