Pros: Crew were helpful and very nice. However, as first experience flying internationally with Qantas wasn’t positive.. very proud to be Australian but their mechanical faults doesn’t help in customer loyalty.

Cons: Flight delayed due to mechanical faults for 4 hours. $15 meal voucher is not sufficient to cover the cost of proper meal. Airlines if allocating seats automatically should not put a female in between two males, not a very nice experience. No option to amend seat.

Cons: This is my 2nd International Flight and Qantas outrated the other airline 100x’s over. Thank you

Pros: The crew for Qantas is normally pretty damn good. This trip was no exception.

Cons: The plane had a mechanical issue. The plane had sat on the ground for over 12 hours according to flightaware. They didn’t try to work on the mechanics issue till about an hour or two before boarding. This delay caused a lot of issues for so many passengers trying to make connecting flights.

Cons: In most cases i was so disappointed to be allowed only 1 lugage of 50lb while i was supposed to be allowed 2 50lb of bags,i had to pay 275$ for the extra luggage,very disappointed as i was not expect that to happen,you guys made me look ashamed infront of people as i had to borrow money to pay for

Pros: Seats were really comfortable, able to lean back further than most, with large screens and good entertainment options. Also liked that there were open areas on the plane that you could go stand up and stretch out for a while at.

Cons: About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great.

Cons: 1. Business class crew stomped around the cabin, making it noisy, and woke me up constantly. 2. Gallery is very loud and badly situated in business class. 3. Chair itself is old & although it’s lie-flat, makes a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

The girl worked for literally one hour so that I didn't then need to go through customs/immig twice in hong kong. Service onboard could not have been better.

Crew members need practice in pronouncing English, and louder. Crew volume was too low compared to captain. American movie selection was too limited.

Pros: "Transfer crew' got my luggage from another airline and transferred to EVA while I rested comfortably in the nearby business lounge; walked straight on board business class without breaking stride; seats recline nicely and I slept 7 hours of 11 hour flight.

Cons: Fish was only meal option on one leg. I realize that's probably fine for your Asian customers, but you might consider a simple pasta as a second choice. There is an extra level of service in East Asia that is much appreciated by a weary traveler (6 weeks across Russia). Please don't ever loose it

Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y!
