Cons: "We were told to board, but then kept in another area close on 1 hour before we could get on the plane and this area had no bathroom facilities. The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

However QA did not provide a wheelchair during check-in at Paris Charles de Gaulle for whatever unjustified reason"

USB port was also not working, did not charge my phone. I’m glad that we did not buy the business upgrade for his flight before. It would felt wasting all our points. Luckily we were upgraded during check in. Check in was awful, they checked in 4 people in front of us roughly in 20 minutes in MLE. It felt like waiting for forever."

They also continually bumped into everyone walking down the aisle as well as hit people with the food carts. They definitely need a lot more training. Not happy at all."
Cons: "Emirates charging for duty free merchandise bought in Dubai. It is ridiculous that they add the weight of the duty free merchandise to your carry on luggage and charge at the gate. If I have known that I could have shopped in Dubai duty free. The customer service person was very rude too."

Cons: "A man in the business lounge took my home address and cell number and told me that I would get a complimentary ride home. But when I arrived at the Business counter at the Dulles International Airport, they informed that no such program is in place."

Two hour delay in boarding due to no catering. Really?
Lufthansa no longer flies local hop flights within Germany, forcing flyers who land in Frankfurt/Munich/Berlin, to take trains to their final destinations within Germany. What used to be a 40 minute flight from Frankfurt to Nuremberg is now a 3 hour train ride. If you want to fly direct to your destination city within Germany, then fly another airline from outside the country. Those flights are allowed to local airports.
My original flight was canceled and rebooked which I understood. The second flight was canceled without notification. The customer service rep would not allow me to fly into another airport due to a hurricane in my destination city. He also hung up the phone on me when I requested to speak with someone in the refund department.
Cons: "The plane was very old. On my seat, the TV screen did not work. The cabin crew was lazy. Nobody paid any attention to the Attendant light by my seat."
