My baby was with me it was really good experience with emirates
The crew were absolutely fantastic. They actively asked if passengers wanted refills and if they were comfortable. I was extremely impressed.
Emirates A380s are always wonderful to fly on. Their crews, food and service are always excellent. They are typically on time and the only thing I would change (maybe newer or upgraded aircraft have this) is bluetooth so I can pair my noise cancelling headphones without a cable.
Premium economy was worth it-comfort was definitely better than economy class. The seats were more comfortable, blankets and pillows thicker
Great flight - Clubhouse met our needs, and the staff provided good service. Boarding felt a little chaotic, but given the size of the aircraft, it's always going to be challenging. Whilst the crew were friendly, the number of passengers meant that we received our breakfast items, but had finished breakfast before we were served a drink. Lunch was much better organised, and throughout the flight, the crew were attentive. Found the seats and ICE to be excellent. Disembarkation was fine, and everything possible to expedite the process was being done.
It was delayed for 2 hrs. Flight attendants were not attentive.
Crew were very good. Food service was a little slow and disappointing not having on demand dining and only 3 options. Amenity kits and pyjamas were excellent.
Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!
Flight got canceled without any prior information and it caused lot of trouble
Serving food took so long . Almost time close to lend. Plus during landing air pressure in cabin cuss ear blocked took long time to unblock.
Very good. I was happy that business seats were in a 1-2-1 configuration for the long haul flight. The shorter flight was a 2-2-2 configuration which I do not like as much, but it was a 3 hour flight that I slept through.
Food wasn’t good but not their fault as I should have pre selected

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.
they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.
Business Class Service was unacceptable. 7 flight time changes and delays
