Cons: "Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists."

Cons: "Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists."
Pros: "I always like Singapore Airlines. They should continue to be the best."
Cons: "Some flexibility to select food choices even if we book the flight in short notice."
Pros: "I didn't like the trip much. After the trip we found out that our body was bitten by fleas. Our body is now full of rashes, every part of my body is so itchy. We was seated in 61A and 61C, seems like in the previous flight a dog was sitting there or some kind of animal that left fleas in the sit."
Cons: "Please clean better the seats. This is unacceptable, not a good way to start a trip in Japan. We only hope to get better sitting in our last flight with SQ, from Japan to LA."
Pros: "Seat was comfortable, flight attendants were attentive and the food wasn't bad."
Pros: "The crew was terrific. Always smiling and helpful."
Cons: "If you need more space economy is a tight fit. It would be better to upgrade."
Pros: "I have bought air ticket a few months in advance. I have paid a lot after changing the flight schedule."
Cons: "I will not buy the air ticket from cheap ticket any more."
Pros: "Staff very attentive not disturbed after meal The smiles and demeanor of the staff"
Cons: "The flat bed is not comfotable needed help from attendanr all the time felt like i was constricted"
Pros: "Great service always smiling, flight on time, overall a great way to fly."
Pros: "Friendly Staff. Very nice Meet and Greet Comfortable travel. Meals were tasty."
Pros: "Comfortable flight, punctual, helpful crew."
Cons: "I don't see the point in giving out menus for economy class, especially as it's only a choice of 2 meals and one of them wasn't available anyway. It's a waste of paper."
Cons: "It was my first time frying with Cathay Pacific the flight was okay, food wasn't that good. I don't want to compare with the other, my opinion should have more variety or snack between meals since 15 hours flight. Thank you for listening!"
Cons: "The food service could have been better . Quality is poor ! There was one lunch service, breakfast service and one snack service through 19.5 hours of nonstop flight. We were hungry through out as the quantities were so little and barely there . The toilets were bad and didn’t even carry tissues"
Pros: "I like the food, the service, and the smooth flight (as always with Cathay). My Go-To Airline! Very practical too, without compromising quality."
Cons: "Coach Seats... Seems to be getting smaller over time."
Pros: "Crew was amazing and diligent !"
Cons: "Food could have been better with some more options available onboard!"
Pros: "the flight was on time"
Cons: "the sound system on my seat was broken so I couldn't watch movies except"
Cons: "New menu is not appealing with lesser choice and smaller portions - inflight entertainment very limited choice - constantly disturb with meaninglessness pa announcement"
Pros: "Second time in less than two years and satisfied on both trips. Good work Cathay Pacific."
Pros: "Pleased that the flight departed on time and arrived 50 minutes early. Sad that waiting for my luggage frittered away the time we gained by arriving early."
Cons: "Having your bags tagged as “priority “ really doesn’t mean anything. Watched nearly two flights’ luggage go by on the carousel before mine came out. This is becoming the norm over the past several months for most airlines and airports. I don’t mind waiting for my bags. I do mind waiting with a false expectation of priority service."
Pros: "A perfect landing/touchdown into Auckland. Great pilot"
Cons: "Passenger immediately behind said that they couldn't watch their movie properly when I wanted to recline my seat for sleeping position. Had to wait!!"
Pros: "I took the economy premium class. It was great. Seats very comfortable. Dinner was great."
Cons: "Breakfast - the omelette was not done, but other than that if was good. The dim-sam was good."

My flight from Sydney to LA the headphones and the jack didn’t work. I informed the crew member it was an over 15 hour flight with no sound in entertainment. I asked if they had kosher or halal options in one of the flights to Brisbane, the crew member wasn’t pleasant in the reply. I took the vegetarian option that’s fine but surely the crew member can say no in a more pleasant way. Although I had a great time in Australia. Thank you

Pros: "Crew and beverage options were great."
Cons: "Seats could have been more comfortable. And slightly more leg room would have been preferred for a 14hr flight."
Pros: "Very comfortable flight. The full range of entertainment made the time go quickly. Professional crew."
Cons: "I know it's an airplane, but even so, the food was astonishingly bad."
Cons: "We booked vegan meals which came and were pretty good. But afterwards, the cabin crew handed out icecreams and then Fantales and had no vegan options for those treats."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly and professional. The aircraft was clean and well maintained. Food and entertainment were great."
Cons: "Completely satisfied."
Cons: "Entertainment system was playing up and crew had to reboot it several times"
Cons: "Baby stroller was sent to baggage claim. I had to walk with small baby and a bunch of bags through all steps instead of using the stroller."
Pros: "Good seats and leg room in economy. Crew and service were friendly and enjoyable."
Cons: "Information from Qantas on the last minute delay to the flight and ongoing changes to the timing, was poor. We got most of our information on the delay and timing was largely from other sources."
Pros: "Healthy airline food option, friendly helpful service, use of name and I'm on the bottom rung of ff status??"
Pros: "Friendly efficient service. Lots of smiles. Food was great. Very comfortable seating"
Cons: "Toilet was very cramped USB charging plug not working. Pretty average range of movies."

Personable, friendly service. Crew interactions always naturally pleasant and polite. The crew really enjoy their job and interactions with one another. Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Please serve food hot. And tell sir hostess to smile. And worst flight. They I Only served one meal for 8 hour flight"
Cons: "MH hospitality has gone down. Those days they were the best of the best. Now, there is hardly any hospitality at all. Very disappointing."
Cons: "The selection was rather dated as I travel very frequently I noticed it. Otherwise it would probably be fine for most"
Cons: "Boarding on time so I didn’t have to loose the connection flight and had to stay at a hotel an hour away from kuala lumpur to barely sleep to catch a plane to auckland next day that arrives late so i cant take the ferry home."
Pros: "First time on Malaysian. At least we didn’t disappear. All was okay except for the meal on the flight to Saigon. I’m not one to complain about airline food but the “meal” served was execrable, possibly the worst in 65 years of flying. And no alcohol on an international flight was niggardly in my estimation.. The flight from Penang to KL they had the cheek to serve a tiny cup of fake orange juice. I will avoid Malaysian in the future."
Cons: "Please see what above."
Cons: "The flight attendants didn't ask me if I need ice cream or any drink but they asked another seat of passages. It's not fair..."
Pros: "cabin crew very friendly and professional"
Cons: "Seats cramped; not enough space, especially for long haul. Provide more space! Earphones didn’t work. Could not enjoy entertainment. Seat would not recline. Slow checking. Not enough counter staff. Check in counter contractor staff inexperienced and held us up for over an hour due to unfamiliar"
Pros: "the crew was flexible enough to allow change of seat to emergency exit after takeoff. Some of the crew are friendly, but not all."
Cons: "the seats. I am 5'9 tall and my knees are touching the seat in front of me. Entertainment system needs to be upgraded. Food is so-so. Overall, MH flights, not just this recent one was just what was expected as the bare minimum."
Pros: "This flight nothign"
Cons: "Major delay, should have offered passengers water or beverages. Food was very poor, no assistance for transfer on late flight."

I was next to a quite large person. Soni essentially had 2/3 of my seat for myself and couldn't sit properly. Even though there were some other seat available, the staff refuse that I occupy another seat.

I’m a frequent Traveler on all types of airlines, including budget. This was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had. Something was wrong with AirAsia’s systems and we were the whole flight was rescheduled to the following day, the third flight it happened to. Apart from an email which gave the new date the web and app said the original flight date which meant that there were hundreds of people queueing at the airport to try and find out what was going on. People waited six hours to talk to customer service who gave advice that didn’t match the web or app. Nightmare. just advertising for spending the extra hundred dollars I’ve ever seen.

Pros: "For a budget airline, the food is excellent as is the service. The seats are on the smallish side but not as bad as some more expensive options."
Pros: "The flight i booked has 2 segments, both by Air Asia. However, when i arrived in KL, i was forced to exit the terminal, having to go thru immigration/custom, end up paying 2 separate luggage fees, lots of hessle. Since i never received Air Asia booking#, i was not able to check in, etc."
Cons: "I will avoid booking this way and for sure avoid booking Air Asia"
Pros: "Quiet Zone well worth the $28. Could do with the crew reminding people it’s a QUIET zone though."
Cons: "Not arriving 2 hours late and having screaming babies in the back for the entire 10 hours"
Pros: "The crew were pretty quick to help."
Cons: "The seat was moving of its own accord. I should have paid more for a flatbed. I don’t enjoy the music played at the start and upon takeoff. I wanted to sleep but it was interrupted all the time."
Pros: "Airport was quick but not because of airline."
Cons: "How is there no WiFi or entertainment on a 8 hour flight? And having to buy water or anything to drink. Will think further about flying them for a longer trip."
Cons: "air asia was awful. all they care about is money. over 200$ for baggage checks and then they want you to pay 3$ for a glass of water. no entertainment either, for a 7 hour flight, some water would have been nice."
Cons: "AirAsia is stepping the game up. Food could be better but the staff are always amazing with some of the biggest and whitest smiles I’ve seen. Thank you."
Cons: "Crew sometimes loud in gallery. . Prefer not too hear their conversations. Service Great. Luggage camber off amazingly fast!"
