We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Not the greatest. The staff was unpleasant and we had delays. The boarding was done out of order.

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.

Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.

Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.

Not a fan of the diagonal partially enclosed business class seats or how they have to be converted to beds manually by crew. I prefer more isolation and user control for switching to lie flat.
