couldn't work out how to work entertainment. seats a bit cramped.

The business class seat was not very comfortable . Fortunately it was a short flight
The canceled the flight without notifying me in any way. Even the day before the flight I got an email notifying me of the still old (and no longer accurate) flight itinerary. When I arrived in Auckland to find out I no longer had a flight out of there, I felt stranded. I was told normally they would offer standby for the next flight (which would’ve been fine!) but they didn’t have any to Dunedin that day. I had to buy another $325 flight though another airline day of that they did not cover. Would not recommend. .

Pros: "I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." I can complied and he immediately turned off the light and walked away. 10 minutes later, Albert came by with the water cart and parked it right behind my seat. He proceeded to hand out water to everyone behind my seat. 30 minutes later the water cart arrived and I finally received my water (75 minutes after I asked!) Thanks Albert, I'll be following up with your management to see that disciplinary action is taken."

There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal."
Cons: "We had a very rough landing into Fort Lauderdale on 3/29/19. Pretty sure we had a new pilot. It felt like she was going too fast and didn't slow the plane down enough as we were descending d threw on the brakes feeling like the plane wasn't going to stop. Very scary! Return flight was much better."
