I felt there were rules for some and different ones for others in the same class which I felt was unfair even though it didn’t necessarily affect me.Water (especially) and snacks needed to be brought round more often especially for people that don’t sleep. I found all the staff really pleasant.

The flight attendants are very professional and attentive. They care about the safety of every passengers all the time. I like the very organized way of getting passengers to board the plane by showing the label - economy class and business class clearly. The taste of the food can be improved. Perhaps more varieties and something more authentic.

Friendly staff. Could improve on the leg room!

Size of seating to & from Japan was exceptionally small compared to US flights (Jet Blue & Alaska). Also, the food from Japan to US was not good.

There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.

The travel experience was good. Looking forward traveling again with Singapore Airlines.

Both flights SIN<-->MAN had very cold cabins. Why does it have to be very cold?

There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.

We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. Why can't airlines and terminals ensure baggage is treated with care and respect?"

The Etihad plane was small, 3 by 3 seating configuration. No screen on the back seat. Had to use phone to stream movies for free from their entertainment system. Food was ok. Just get 1 meal. Getting water or a drink is slow and the cabin crew take numerous time to respond to buzzer.

Cons: "They failed to informed me that passangers have to report to the gate one full hour before direct flights to the US from Abu-Dhabi in order to clear US customs and border security which happens there prior to your flight (which is the only place in the world that this happens.) I arrived at the Airport 2.5 hours before my flight and reported to my gate 45 minutes before my flight and was not allowed through. They then were extremely rude to me when I was in the process of finding a new connection and made me buy a brand new ticket for the following morning as the penalties for rescheduling would cost more than buying a new ticket which was 1200 USD!! They insisted that this warning was on their web site and would have been on my ticket had I got it from their website. Since I purchased my ticket from Kayak.com, that was my own problem. They then showed me a warning label on the baggage claim slip that they gave me at check in but this was only in Arabic with NO ENGLISH translation provided. More importantly the representative who checked me in to my flight never told me about needing to be at the gate 1 hr before the flight. Throughout this whole process they were unapologetic, unsympathetic and rude. I met two other people that same day who had the same problem one of these passangers arrived at the gate 1.5 hrs before her flight and still could not get to her flight in time because of the inefficient customs and immigration process that the Emarati's have in place in an attempt to mimic our process in the US. This is a very bad policy which only Etihad does. If you fly through Dubai with Emirates they do not require this nonsense. The Etihad staff were rude, unhelpful, unapologetic and inefficient. Never fly from Abu-Dhabi to the US with Etihad. On the flight, as the plane came to a stop at the end of the runway but still needed to taxi in to the gate, people started getting up. Instead of calmly explaining to people what was going on, one of the stewardesses waved it off and said well when we start moving again or if something happened they will just DIE then! This was not the only occasion I was disgusted by the staff. I woke up on the flight and couldn't find my glasses and the response of one of the stewardesses was "can you ask someone else to help you, I am on my way to take a nap and if I stop to help you I want get my full rest." This airline is one of the worst in the world if not the worst. I will never fly with them again and I am considering sending these stories to a NEWS network to raise awareness on this issue. Their staff don't care. They seem to be overworked and burned out. They only get one day off when flying to New York and back when by law they are required two. This shows that they are abusive to their staff which then leads their staff to have have horrible customer service."

After he woke up we went to the crew and was asking some food then they said that we don't have any option except some bread. The bread is very cold and the food was not at all good. After 3 hours my son was hungry and I went ahead to the crew and was asking some food. But the crews answer was we cannot provide food since we have only some boxes and if we give it to you then we may not have sufficient food left for everyone else. I asked them when is the next meal. They said in few minutes but it took one hour and that meal was also just bread. What kind of airline doesn't provide food for kids when they are hungry. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend Etihad airlines for anyone traveling with children as they won't provide you food when your kid is hungry. Our seat lights were not working and when you press assistance button the crew came after 15minutes."

I could not get a flight home without buying another flight. They refused to put me on the next flight out without me purchasing it. I will never fly them again. Now they don't want to reimburse me for my flight I missed without an $800 penalty. Ridiculous!"

It was during the holiday, me traveling as a female, in a foreign country, for the first time, by myself and I did not make it to check-in within appropriate time. The kayak support staff was fkg unreasonable!!! They stated that I voided my ticket, proceeded to cancel my flight and refused to put me on standby ((ALL BEFORE THE PLANE EVER TOOK OFF)). I will be telling everyone about the $1700 that I wasted on airfare with kayak, due to their unwillingness to have ANY sympathy or to hold up their end of travel protection that I purchased! DO NOT PURCHASE FLIGHTS THROUGH KAYAK!!!!

Our flight was canceled with no explanations, didn't get any assistance, no way to get in touch with the company, absolutely careless.

Cons: "Everything needed to have been better, especially communication. I wasn't informed flight time changed, then wasn't informed UK rules wouldn't allow me to fly to USA via London until I gotvyo airport. Was rerouted on another airline and won't get home until 48 hours than originally scheduled. And not even a luncheon voucher less yet a hotel room for my overnight transit stay on new flight."

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."
Pros: "I got up to use the toilet after we were allowed to leave our seats then the next thing I knew we were getting ready to land! Qiuck journey amazing!"

Pros: "I left my laptop behind accidentally in the hand luggage space as I had to separate my hand luggage due to other seats nearby who boarded earlier used the space over my seating row. BA crew found my laptop and the swiss lost property retrieved it for me. Very thankful for their honesty"
Cons: "My seating was directly behind a curtain and partition to business class, therefore my seating space was very limited and squashed. No refreshments unless you paid??? why?? I would expect this from companies such as Easyjet or Virgin, but not BA. Even Qantas provided a light refreshment for short runs, say between Canberra and Sydney (Im an aussie)"

All food and drink on this 4 hour flight from London to Santorini must be paid for!! No peanuts. No cup of soda/pop. Maybe a small plastic cup of water. Bring your own iPod or tablet. No seatback entertainment! On Airbus with very limited overhead hand baggage capacity. Roundtrip cost of this 4 hour flight CDN$800 per person booked 3 months in advance, not much less than transatlantic flight of almost twice the time from Toronto to London on Air Canada Boeing 787 with loads of overhead luggage capacity, free first checked bag, 8 inch screen seat back entertainment system, charging ports, one major meal with wine / beer, unlimited pop, plus snack. A real shocker to get Ryanair amenities on this British Airways flight which was no bargain."

Cons: "They lost my bag! I was waiting for this ski trip for a year, and they lost my snowboard bag. It is still in London and I'm at Avoriaz, waiting for a driver that god knows when will come."
Pros: "The captain and first officer were extremely courteous and professional . I was impressed at the way the captain managed the delayed departure taking time to brief the passengers at the boarding gate. When we eventually changed planes and moved to another gate to board it all went without a hitch."

Cons: "The flight was delayed. It was also held back with us on the plane. We were not even offered water or anything while we waited. It ended up being 1.5 hours delayed plus a 3 hour flight with no food. You could purchase snacks and drinks, including water. I learned my lesson to buy before going on the plane next time."

The return flight, 10 days later, also had problems with the IFE"

Now , after my return, I contact the BRITISH AIRWAY,and the reception lady was very helpful, eventually found out their system had a problem that day,so now she promised to refund me."
