Pros: The staff were friendly, car was very clean and good quality.Cons: Sixt offer you to fill out all the driver details online to speed up the pick up process. Yet, at pick up they still had to review all the documents and it almost seems the data provided online went unnoticed.

Good car but insurance and fees are ridiculous.Pros: The Citroen Cactus that I rented was a good car it performed well on the roads and it was good on gas mileage. The staff at Sixt were helpful and courteous.Cons: I hate the expensive zero liability insurance that they charge it doubled the price of the rental on top of what I paid to Kayak. This was way too expensive. I can understand a couple of hundred dollars for insurance but really 500-600 dollar more was insane. I know rental car insurance in Europe is expensive for travelers but this was way out of bounds. I will not be using Sixt again for this reason, I had a better experience with Europcar.

Overall very good experiencePros: We rented on the French side of GVA, which was a bit hard to find. There was a wait at the counter, but the staff member was very helpful to us. There were detailed instructions on avoiding the Swiss toll roads, and finding the rental return, which was much appreciated.Cons: The car was parked in an awkward/dark spot in the garage, so we could not look at the car very completely when we started the rental.

Pros: The car was clean.Cons: First, I they did not have my car at the airport. I had to travel to the city of Geneva to find the Sixt office. Directions were never given. Besides this, unbeknownst to me, Sixt has a policy where you must provide a credit card for the deposit. I had a debit card with plenty of cash but that would not suffice. The problem is, they did not tell me beforehand. So, I nearly lost my deposit at their negligence.

PerfectPros: They upgraded us to a mini with a convertible roof as well as it being an automatic car with GPS. The car was brand new too and they were very helpful, letting us know about the Geneva marathon prior to picking up the car.Cons: It was all wonderful. I will rent through them again.

Pros: Car was greatCons: The person who gave me the car was extremely rude! I bought insurance for the car online when I booked, yet she repeatedly told me that I was unprotected and made me feel like I did not have adequate protection when I did. I also would have appreciated knowing a few things about the car that no one told me about.

Deteriorating customer servicePros: No problems with car.Cons: No windshield washer fluid, was a real problem driving in bad weather on the highway. I guess that's something I assumed would be there. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Service not nearly as helpful as usual. In the past we have made an effort to rent from Hertz because of the extra effort they have made at this location. This time they made out the whole contract and we were about to sign when we noticed it was 300 € over our reservation price. Had to re-do. Price was already about 50% higher than what we usually pay at this location (Geneva airport, French sector) Also, we seemed to remember always getting snow tires in the winter as part of the standard package. Apparently not.

Very misleading rental process with Kayak and Hertz in GenevaPros: Rental price was ok for Geneva, got a good car (Mercedes A class)Cons: The online rental process is completely misleading and full if miscommunication (on purpose?): The pick up location was on the French side of the airport, but until the last step of the booking process Kayak and Carrentals stated "Swiss side" Usually no vignette for Swiss highways is included on the French side, so you pay CHF 40 extra The car did not come with winter tires, not sure thst is legal

It was a bad experience with HertizPros: It was cleanCons: They took extra money more than we agreed on the site with the insurance despite of your offer price which made me cancel another reservation because I thought you were better price and offers .I had an accident I lost the key and they didn't give me a nother car or a Spair key for the car and they sent someone to pick up the car and left us in the rain with my children in the highway waiting for the Taxi for 2 hours. .It will be the last time I rent a car from Hertiz or with your site if you didn't solve the problem.

Horrible servicePros: I had to cancel my reservation and was bumped between priceline and hertz a total of 4 times. Each saying the other was responsible for cancelling. I still have not received a message confirming the cancellation and that I have not been charged. I know that this is an automated bank to receive feedback but here's hoping you care about your customers to investigate and respond.

Good car, lowest price at last minutePros: We decided to rent a car at the last minute, there wee very few cars avaialable. Our car was nearly 600 Euro for 1 week, much more than we expected, but still nearly 100 Euro less than the next company and 200 Euro less than Hertz. The drop-off was strange, no one gave me any paperwork but hopefully that will be OK.Cons: The people at the car return were not very professional, kept talking to one another and ignored me for some time. They didn't give me any paper that certified that I returned the car. In retrospect, I should have insisted that they give me a receipt.

Cons: There apparently is a French and Swiss side to the airport with car rentals at both places. The French side is smaller with less car but maybe a better deal. I rented a small suv because I was going skiing. They did not have that car but they “upgraded” me two classes to a luxury wagon without AWd. It worked for this trip but was not what I wanted. Also, the road signs and gps are not clear how to get back to the French side. We almost missed our plane. Found it by accident and not following what the signs would indicate

Very nice staff, good carPros: The staff was very friendly and helpfull ( Claire and Maktum in Geneve!). It was not clear to me that my reservation would be ended after two hours after pick-up time. So there was no car reservated anymore. Both Claire and Maktum were very helpfull in finding a similar car. It took a while because of some technical problems with the first choice, but after all it was a very comfortable and reliable car.Cons: The fact that my reservation was not extended till my plane has arrived, but I didn't know that that should heve been indicated or phoned in advance.

Great company and servicePros: Representatives were super helpful and professional. Accommodating and knowledgeable.Cons: Returning the car to the French side of the Geneva airport was a nightmare. We landed on the Swiss side and missed our flight. Our problem not the company.

I cancelled the reservation with enterprise.Pros: Nothing, I'm not using kayak or enterprise ever again.Cons: Enterprise wanted to put a 5000 dollar hold on my credit card because I didn't get insurance through them. I purchased the insurance offered when I booked the reservation with kayak but apparently that wasn't good enough and kayak never told me anything. At least Avis helped me rent a vehicle for my trip. I will never use kayak or enterprise they are misleading and not worth the trouble of dealing with them. I will also be warning all my friends to avoid these two terrible companies.

Strange customer service repPros: The price of the rental carCons: The AGNET charged me two security deposites. One valued at 1600 euros which was not even registered in the rental contract. It was really fishy. Also, the agnet tried to rip me off by charging me additional 350 euros for changing the drop off location within the same city. i refused and eventually changed the drop off location at no additional charge.
