Cons: "Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists."
Pros: "Yes and yes"
Cons: "Not sure because I have never had a better experience."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Pros: "personel provided excellent service"
Cons: "food was ok. A faulty entertainment system did make our flight feel longer."
Pros: "Movies selection was great."
Cons: "Food and comfort were not as great as I thought they would be. Not bad, but not worthy of the brand Singapore airlines."
Cons: "We stopped in Korea for two hours, that was not listed on my original itinerary. Then we were late to get to Singapore. My seat was very very small and I was seated next to two very large ppl."
Pros: "Very organized"
Cons: "Seats could be a bit more comfortable in premium economy"
Pros: "The cabin crew was awesome.. they are for sure the super stars of the company... I wish all of them all the very best for a very bright future"
Cons: "The service of the airlines is impeccable. But the ground staff near check in were not so. I hope they were a little considerate as I was travelling for a family emergency and had to take all my stuff back as I wasn’t sure what date I would return back. I was over weight but wish they had considered a lil as had to pay an other $300 extra.."
Pros: "More movies and TV than you can watch, incredible cabin team, low cost, I mean, what's not to like. American, are you listening?!?"
Cons: "I have to drive from DFW to IAH, I wish Singapore would take over from American and British Air at DFW, honestly Singapore is cheaper, better service, nicer ground and in flight teams. It's worth the extra drive to travel with people that actually care"
Pros: "Bulk head seats were great."
Cons: "It would have been nice if it had not been almost 2 hours late!"
Pros: "flight crew are good, other general categories are average."
Cons: "Boarding in both Sydney-Auckland & Auckland-Vancouver are disorganized. No clear indication of when & where to line up. No flight delay message to explain when boarding time was long overdue. In particular, for the Auckland - Vancouver flight, one ground staff was telling economy passengers (in rather rude express) they were in the wrong line except there was never announcement. Overall, disappointed."
Pros: "Best airline meal I have ever had in. 50 years of flying."
Cons: "The seating configuration in business class"
Pros: "Movie selection is good and food is pretty good."
Cons: "Very tight in economy. I’m 5’ & normal weight and felt cramped so if you’re any taller...you’ll hate it."
Cons: "For the $s paid for this flight the crew could be a little bit friendlier and having a smile on their face."
Pros: "Solid friendly n professional flight crew."
Cons: "When checking in we asked about an exit row seat. The NZ official claimed the flight was full n nothing available. Once on the 2/3 full plane, 9 of the 12 exit row seats were empty. Bottom line was she was lazy and unprofessional in simply Lieing."
Cons: "My ticket did not say that it was a no luggage,no meal ticket & I printed off the E ticket & no where on the E ticket did it state no luggage.....I think that needs to be shown clearly when we book. I had to pay for 1 bag & it would have been $250 but ANZ did work with me &changed the ticket for $125 name-Marjorie Kalama"
Cons: "I was not given a chance to make a seat assignment on the Alaska legs between Seattle and LA and ended up being stuck in a middle seat going both ways. There, was no option during booking to make a,seat selection. This was also true for the LA to Auckland outbound leg. This is an area needing improvenent."
Pros: "The crew were friendly."
Cons: "I was charged $120 for baggage to fly 3 hours from NZ to Australia, when there was no mention of it when I purchased and no indication of these fees in the booking info."
Pros: "Special thanks to the crew member who let me try all the wines before I picked so I could get something I like. Over all, very friendly and nice"
Cons: "I'd like more movie options. I had a very long round trip flight"
Cons: "I had a 3 hour layover in Auckland before my connecting flight to Queenstown on the South Island. Quantas delays in Melbourne wiped that out forcing me to pay $500 NZD for a later flight on Air NZ. After contacting with Air NZ customer service and explaining the circumstances, they reduced it to $100 NZD. Pretty cool. Quantas basically said that since I had purchased a rock bottom priced ticket I should take a flying you know what at a rolling donut."
Cons: "Had the weather in Wellington cooperated, I would have made it to the AKL-SYD leg and, most likely, would have enjoyed the travel experience. I plan to fly WLG-AKL tomorrow evening via another airline. Please rebook me onto Qantas tomorrow in evening."
Cons: "After a three hour delay and missed connection and rebooked flight, that is when the service declined. We went through 4 different lines in the Dallas airport, almost missed the rebooked flight due to miscommunications and shuffling of where we were supposed to be. And now delayed luggage."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable & I loved the flexible head rest. The food was good. The flight attendant were friendly & attentive. It was my first time flying Qantas & it is my new favorite airline!"
Pros: "Sitting in an front isle seat with leg room and the helpful nice sterward"
Pros: "crew was nice. but we had massive delays and the attitude of the employees at the gate and on check in, was terrible"
Cons: "it was their fault that the plane was delayed (mechanical problems), when i asked to be transferred to jfk instead of newark, the employees at melbourne said it's not possible. basically it was their problem but refused to be accountable to it or to accommodate passengers"
Pros: "Boarding was efficient and the cabins were welll presented. Take off was on time."
Cons: "A very small glitch was the cabin service. The cabin announcements were read out too fast to follow! Also, the cabin crew seemed to be in a rush to move the food tray away even though I was still sipping my juice. Maybe this was the early morning energy ...Slow down, guys!"
Pros: "Nothing paid a bomb and got nothing for it"
Cons: "Everything!! Never again will I be hoodwinked for the price of a standard seat"
Cons: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."
Pros: "Super easy flight out of Auckland. Arrived in Nelson ahead of schedule."
Cons: "...the person coughing behind me..."

Excellent service all staff where very friendly patient and efficient solved a boarding problem for me due to me not being able to access the visa portal for the USA.

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable. Service was not very kind on either of our Fiji air flights. I honestly will avoid flying with Fiji air in the future—much better airlines to choose from."
Cons: "350 pound passenger placed next to us in window seat. Passenger took over 1/3 of my wife's seat. Flight was full, no effort made by crew to correct situation."
Pros: "Comfortable seats and great on board hospitality"
Cons: "Boarding in Nadi international airport for Fiji airways is boarding the passengers from the back of the aircraft first which was different for me"
Pros: "the crew was good."
Cons: "hot as hell during check in outside and it took forever. then the entertainment on the plane which was prehistoric with everyone having to watch the same movie, plus it was a very old movie!"
Pros: "We boarded and left on time, the service was good."
Cons: "The picture on the screen for the movie was very poor, although the selection of movies was really good."
Pros: "Pillow and blanket provided!"
Cons: "Flight attendants spoke very loudly during times when most passengers were sleeping, waking everyone around. A personal water bottle would have been nice."
Pros: "Efficient crew and boarding."
Cons: "Hard to see movies overhead due to brightness of cabin."
Pros: "Economy seats were slightly better than most, but the configuration of the 2 seats was good 2 of us to have our own area. Food was good and unexpected for a 3 hr flight."
Cons: "Movies/TV shows were limited compared to other airlines. I am taller so seating in any economy seat is cramped at best."
Cons: "I arrived in transit from another flight, no representation to make check in. I needed to wait for gate to open before I could check in. then there was no time for the airline to recover my Bag. Do no us this airline in transit"
Pros: "Efficient, professional crew"
Cons: "More space. Snacks, at least a drink! (that doesn't require more expenditure)"
Pros: "I always worry about Jetstar, bad experiences in the past. Just glad me and my luggage got to where we were meant to be!"
Pros: "The crew was fantastic. The airplane was perfectly clean and new."
Cons: "There’s no entreterniment neither food or beverages."
Cons: "My luggage didn't make it to Wellington, which was disappointing since they now want to charge to have it sent from Auckland."
Pros: "Leg room was sufficient, boarding fast and plane next to new"
Cons: "Luggage limits- but that’s life!"
Cons: "Long delays, unfriendly staff, really uncomfortable seats that barely recline, no food or drinks other than water and no entertainment."
Pros: "Easy checkin at Auckland.......unusual ! Pleasant young man. Friendly staff in plane ."
Cons: "Baggage policies were not clear. I thought you got one carry on and one checked bag up to 20 kg. But then when checking in online, it appeared you needed to pay for baggage based on weight. I tried to do it online, but wouldn't accept my payment. Got to airport, long line, tried to use kiosk to complete check in, wouldn't allow me to. Waited in line, only to be told I had a payment due and had to go to service desk. My friend was checking in with me, and did not have to pay for luggage. Meanwhile the gate agent changed her mind, said she could accept my payment there, then we had to go through the exercise of lightening our carry ons (which we had made heavier to avoid excess baggage fee). So I ended up paying for bags, friend did not, yet we had the same bags/weights. Flight was delayed 15 minutes per the kiosk, when asked gate agent, she said it was not, but in reality it was. not a pleasant experience, policies not clear and not uniformly enforced. Flight itself was ok. I probably will not fly Jetstar again."
Pros: "I liked that they eventually told me I was going to be late."
Cons: "That I was late by a whole 1.5 hours and delayed twice."
Pros: "Right on time, nice staff, plenty of leg room, smooth flight"
