When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Cons: "Four travelers were seated in 4 different areas on flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco flight. Three of us of us were senior citizens. Two had disabilities and were.not accommodated in any way by Cathay Pacific (CP) while loading in the four areas of the plane. Those of us that we're physically able could not help those with mobility issues because of the proximity of the seating, I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well. I traveled internationally to Asia three times now on CP and the first two were excellent. In the past had had flown other carriers on out trips to asia. This experience on this flight was beyond bad. I had plan on several more trips to Asia the next three years, and I will say that at this point, I will not fly CP again. Something needs to change. A call to me is in order. I witnessed several gaps in CP systems and other issues with training the staff. Your survey did not specify the flight crew. Except for the loading issues and the lack of information about Customs being.closed at SF, the service was world class...what I had come to expect from CP"

Seats in economy are ok for short people. All airlines should designate an infant seating area close to toilets. This way all infants will be restricted to these seats and the noise pollution in the aircraft is restricted to a small section of the ship.these seats can be specially configured to either seat a no rmal adult or a fast attachments for a baby carrier."

However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? A surprise for us was being asked if we would like to move seats from the back of the aircraft to Comfort Economy (we think it was to do with weight balance! but appreciated very much none the less). The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime."

Cons: "- Very noisy and old airplane - Since it's old, the legroom in economy was poor and the business class was looking like it was built in the 80s. It was really cramped even in the business class - If you bring your own headphones, make sure they're noise cancelling since it's noisy on the plane - And if you bring your own headphones, you need those old 2 pin style connectors as well. The ones that Ethiad give you are super low quality. - Screen resolution on those screens is really bad, you can view every pixel on the screen and brightness doesn't go all the way up either."

Cons: "Width and depth of seats - very small. I especially noticed the depth - very narrow. As usual bearly room between row in front. The food was very average. I ordered Asian vegetarian and got 3 meals almost identical. For dessert I also got a piece of melon and 2 cubes of pineapple 3 times. The bread roll was stale at best. Unfortunately on the long 13 hr leg we had a male staff member who wasn’t happy in his job and basically grunted at the passengers...He was also clearing the food trays and was very rough with it and I wore a container of somebody else’s custard all over me (luckily I had a blanket wrapped around Mel). He was more annoyed that zig also got the bottom of his trousers and shoes."

Very long uncomfortable flight compounded by crew hawking duty free goods like vendors at a fish market, waking many of those who had been fortunate enough to fall asleep."

This meant that, despite having booked months before and making numerous attempts to complete web check in, my wife and I would have been placed in the centre two seats of a block of 4 seats. The check in process makes Ryanair look excellent!"

The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy."

We were first to baggage drop at Ahmedabad and believed the staff at the check in counter would assist in getting our seats together as I have been shifted from my checked in seat on a previous flight. However he was unfriendly and unaccomodating which made it a very unpleasant journey."

Cons: "Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best."

The only good part of the flight was that the pilot provided a smooth and quick (thankfully, because the rest was pretty miserable) time in the air. BA has become worse than Ryanair."

Pros: "We had a delay in boarding and the gate crew kept us updated every step of the way. BA remains my favorite to fly long-haul: even in coach, the seats are reasonably spaced and comfortable, the meals are tasty and filling, and the cabin temperature is consistent. Especially appreciate the wine with dinner, which always helps me sleep half the flight away!"
Cons: "The entertainment system on our plane failed in (according to the flight attendant) about half the rows, including mine. That didn't just mean spending 7 or 8 hours of a 10-hour flight unable to watch films, check the flight map, or charge my phone. It also meant that I couldn't call for a flight attendant or even turn on my overhead light, which was really inconvenient."

Cons: "Being bumped to an earlier flight (7:15 from 11:20), not sure that was BA or the booking agent, but caused alteration of plans and hotel being booked."

Pros: "Comfort of the journey, take off and landing were expertly done, approach was just the right speed and contact was soft but firm. Crew were pleasant enough. One of them felt he always had to show his authority with a firm voice, not necessary but maybe that’s how he speaks. In general no problems"

Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Anne-Laure"

Cons: "It seems amazing to me that BA will leave 50 First and Business Class passengers standing in line while they pre-board "families with young children". Some of the families had children who were 7 or 8 years old and certainly had no need for pre-boarding; its just an opportunistic way of jumping the queue. Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."
