Cons: I thought that something around $100.00 per day without using the insurance was high.
Pros: Staff was helpful.
Cons: Staff did not explain charges applied for extra driver. Unexpected charges applied totaling 200 more than estimate.
Pros: Very nice staff. Return was a little confusing with construction but not car rental place fault.
Cons: Reserved on kayak a Range Rover. When checked in there was another price increase for that vehicle so we chose another vehicle. Other than that the vehicle we rented was fabulous. Need better communication between sixt and kayak.
Cons: Everything!!,Do not ever get a vehicle with Sixt , staff was very rude and not helpful at all. After charging me a crazy amount of money and paying extra known fees I was denied the vehicle and didn’t offer to help get into another vehicle. the customer service rep took the initiative on his behalf to canceled the vehicle reservation and left me stranded for hours at the airport. Manger came up and laughed at the situation, I don’t think it’s very funny after someone paid $600.00+ months in advance to have a vehicle reserved for the last minute be laughed at and walked away from. Very disgusting if I say so my self. Staff did not even try to accommodate and take customer into consideration. They don’t care! Don’t ever book with them save your time and money! Highly disappointed with my first and last experience with Sixt the website should state if under 25 do not book a vehicle with us we will just waist your time and money even after paying the extra fees for being under age you will not get the car.
Pros: The staff Jazmine and Elizabeth was everything. Funny, entertaining, and very polite. I would definitely rent from them two again and also the man I didn’t catch his name but he was funny too hope no one hit u since we left lol (insider) but it’s great to have experienced great customer service you guys rock

Cons: I didnt got the car I selected. I didnt receive instructions for dropoff so I didnt know how to return the car and loose a lot of time driving in circles and asking people how and where to do it.

Pros: The office was closed when we arrived. (time reserved) We couldn’t pick up the car, had to rent another one last minute and obviously paid much more. And now trying to get a refund

Pros: Staff was friendly on both ends of transaction, vehicle was clean and well appointed, and shuttle service was timely.
Cons: I paid for my reservation in advance, took the fuel option, and didn't like having to leave an additional deposit, especially since I have never had with any other rental car company. Because of this, the checkout process picking up the vehicle was confusing.
Pros: The staff was friendly, they upgraded my vehicle, and the drop off super easy.

Cons: The car was disgusting from the outside, it was not washed prior to handing it to us and the inside seat had a huge stain of food which obviously was not cleaned either.
