The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.Reviewed 16 May 2023

The pick-up in Dallas was horrendous! The line was about 10-12 deep when we started standing in it. There was only one person at the desk and about 1.5 hours later we were able to pick up the car. There should have been at least 2 persons working the desk! Due to the delay in getting the car, we missed the family dinner that we were in Dallas to enjoy! I'll never rent another car without registering for a quick pick-up/fly through!Reviewed 15 May 2023

Con: Check in process was very slow; long line and only 3 employees. Car was uncomfortable to drive - not a good pick for a short person. Pro: Staff member I worked with was able to answer my questions effectively.Reviewed 18 Apr 2023

There was address in email. There are no sign of Payless anywhere. No parking for drop off. My friend dropped me off and parked somewhere nearby and then I searched for 15min to find the payless- Looks like its operated inside HERTZ or so.Reviewed 5 Oct 2022
