Pros: Staff is not friendly and rude with Customers I’m the only customer at that point he was not friendly and did not provided info or alternate solutions for me, I never go with Payless

Pros: I liked the easy check in and we were able to switch drivers on the registration with no issues. Van was much more affordable than options from bigger name companies. Van was very clean!

Cons: customer services, misrepresentative, additional fees. We were informed, by two reps, on where to leave the car after hours... yet were charged over $500 in fees for their mistakes.
Pros: I reached there after 11 PM and the Payless counter was closed. The sign at payless said contact budget adjacent to the counter. I stood in line for 45 minutes at Budget counter only to find out they don't service payless reservations and I have to make another new reservation with Budget.
Cons: A better sign saying Payless is closed and call this number or come later in the morning instead of sending customers to Budget counter falsely giving the impression that their reservations will be honored there. (Like enterprise reservations are serviced at National when Enterprise is closed)
Pros: Shuttle was fine, otherwise Payless was pretty bad experience.
Cons: Check in was slow. First car had broken steering g wheel so I had to get in line again. Second car had smoky smell that had been covered with industrial air fresheners that bothered me for the two days I had it.
