Cons: Our flight was delayed and arrived after 10:00 at DFW airport. Thrifty car rental was closed. We had to go to another car rental company to get a car. My suggestion is that at major airports like DFW, you should stay open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you cannot do that, you should not be in business. I realize that I am one customer, but I will not recommend you to anyone else ever again. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!
Pros: Nothing. They had no cars available when I arrived, but was still charged for the rental and not offered a refund.

Cons: Took way too long to get car in Dallas. Wipers were terrible -- need replacement. There were no instructions about returning the car to the Hertz counter in Hartford, wasted a lot of time trying to call Thrifty.

Pros: Stop the hidden charges. I would have paid less with enterprise. I pick thrifty because it was cheaper, except at the end it wasnt.

Cons: The address where I was told to pickup is a closed location. I took Uber to pickup the car so then I had to call and be on hold for awhile to find out where to pick the car up then go to the other location.

Pros: I rented the car and said I wanted to pick it up at 10 PM. When I got to the airport I was told they close at 10 PM and no one was there. Why would I be allowed to rent a car with a pick up of 10 PM when you know that they will be closed? I had to spend a miserable night in the airport and pick the car up at 7:30 the next morning when they opened. I ask the above question to the clerk when I did finally get my car. He was very un-sympathetic and said I should have known they close at 10PM that it was on the web site. I was not offered any compensation and still had to pay full price.
Cons: Fix your web site so a person is not allowed to rent a car if the place is going to be closed!
Pros: Staff was not concerned with mine! Staff was rushed and customer service was lacking. The car was super expensive and was a total piece. It was out of window washer fluid and we had massive rain storms. So visibility quickly became an issue. Upon return I notified staff and explained I wanted some comp for the issue. They chuckled and said, UMM NO!
Cons: Lower your prices for cheapest cars in the world. Make sure you are attentive to customer concerns and needs. Ensure vehicles are ready to go and serviced including fluid top offs before renting out to customers.
