Desk rep was super nice, quick and helpful. Into the facility and into my car in 15 mins or less. It was not at the airport as described per website. You do have to take a shuttle which I was not happy abt but shuttle ran fairly quick. No complaints. Good experience.Reviewed 29 Jan 2022

The service and car were wonderful. The only criticism is the insurance policies. My personal insurance will cover everything but loss of use. In order to get that coverage I needed to buy the most expensive coverage; that is, the full coverage. I think that this tactic for getting customers to buy full coverage is awful.Reviewed 21 Nov 2021

"Compact" doesn't or perhaps shouldn't mean sacrificing expenses on specific car items. For example, when my sister pulled down the passenger visor to fix herself, there was NO MIRROR! Crust!! Although this car got me where it needed me to get to--thank you!--it just seemed like a REALLY laughable car (on your part) that would WANT to force me to upgrade. Kudos (and smart on your part) to you if you intended for that! I had to choose this last minute car. That I got a card, I was happy. The price, however, was a heavy pill I HAD to swallow.Reviewed 26 Oct 2021
