Cons: There is no bar or restaurant in the main building. Needs more.

Cons: The pool area is in shade most of the day. However the water is slightly heated. We ate at Wee which was disappointing. The food and service were just OK. I ordered Pad Thai. Having just returned from Thailand - this was a poor substitute.

Cons: Nothing!

Cons: The courtyard rooms are a bit small given how expensive the hotel is.

Cons: The beds weren't really very comfortable. I was happy to only being staying one night because of it. This isn't a negative just kind of a bummer but the pool, sauna and gym on the roof top with the views were all closed. They're remodeling until December. But trust me you don't need a pool when you have that incredible beach!

Cons: Rooms were a bit dark and old. There were some ants in ours.

Cons: WiFi connection to the TV was horrible. TV would turn on and off.

Cons: horrible gym, paper thin walls and ceiling, could not control AC temp.

Cons: At the hotel web site the transportation from and to the airport details are not available . The web site does not supply the pick up location (had to call the hotel to get those details) . Also , the web site and the display at the airport says the service is available 24 hours BUT the van driver said the service is available for 5 AM to 12 PM ..

Cons: Rooms are very outdated and smell like mold, in fact the walls do have mold. Ours had in the entrance and in the bathroom over the sink. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all, there were no mattress protectors o the mattresses which I found a bit odd. Our toilet stopped working twice during our stay where it just would not flush and we had to notify the front desk on each of those times. The hotel has great potential just needs a lot of TLC.

Cons: value for money is too high Gym not free poor internet connection in lobby. no free WiFi in rooms.

Cons: Breakfast hot savoury food variety was limited but ok quality. Rooms and especially bathrooms needed extra attention to clenliness

Cons: The service is really poor., the rooms extremely dated, I would not recommend to anyone and or return.

Cons: Front staff unhelpful on arrival - could not find reservation, and would not help by allowing us to find it online. Gave upgrade, though debatable whether the room was any better than the one booked. View not great for 'superior elite' room. Room internet not free (not as advertised). Mosquitos constant in lobby area, where you need to be for wifi. Staff generally aloof, not pleasant or welcoming. Breakfast a chaotic experience - first day better.

Cons: Food at breakfast is boring where every day with the same dishes Facilities and furniture some of them are old Gym is small and has to pay in order to get inside Prices are high for accommodation and minibar no complementary water or coffee like similar 5 stars hotel no free Wi-Fi except at the lobby... late check out is expensive....
