Pros (+) 24hr room service free breakfast across the street from the beach fixed price car service helpful front desk quiet location no fee for currency exchange
Cons (-) the pool was smaller than expected the wi-fi was spotty at times someone on the cleaning staff used my bathroom and forgot to flush
