shower was great, very comforting. breakfast was great!

all power outlets were of the same type, i would have appreciated some variety so at least one of my adaptors could fit. front desk did not have any convertors but suggested to charge on the usb port of the tv. so i had to sleep with the tv turned on all night. air conditioning pointed straight down to bed, so it was a rather cold sleep. bathroom was a bit small, and the water faucet was rather long, causing some spills over the small lavatory. room 414 had a tricky door lock so it was difficult to enter the room. had to try for several minutes until i was able to open the lock. also, I would have appreciated an additional pillow. the bed cushion had not covers, which seems a bit unhealthy.

Comfy room with enough space for all of us, nice bathroom, clean, great breakfast options, helpful staff, great location, nice view from the rooftop pool

Our safe broke so we couldn't use it anymore - the technician came but was unable to fix it

Very clean , central.we walked everywhere.breakfast was average just had fruit.if you are coffee drinker ☹️ coffee served with breakfast undrinkable ! Overall good stay

Continental breakfast was included and enjoyable. Located a few blocks away from Copacabana Beach, walking distance, which was great. Room was a bit small for four people, but clean. Small pool on the top floor, but nice to hang out at.
