really liked the hotel location. close to beach and restaurants. Roof top bar and pool is a place to hang out. Rafael at front desk was my rock for everyday of my stay. Always smiling and always ready to help me out.
It seems that the lobby bar people are more interested in cleaning, organizing and other duties than actually servicing the customers sitting down. I tried several times to have a caiparinia while waiting on friends and just gave up. I could look at them and they just refused to come to me. Very strange. If you are an international hotel with international guests then everyone needs to accept that some don't speak Portugese.

The room was really big and clean. Big bed and enough space for the lugagge. The hotel staff was really helpful with a problem with had. Jailton from the rooftop bar was really friendly and his caipirinhas were amazing! The view to Copacabana from the rooftop is really great. Breakfast was very tasty and it has both plenty of salty and sweet options.
The pool is a little bit small and not deep. There 2 lifts are not enough when the hotel is full
