Hassle free check in, friendly staff, nice and clean place,delish breakfast with sparkling wine served was a bonus, hotel let us do a late check out (6pm) for half price of daily rate which was really handy for us,

Fantastic stay! The location,breakfast and dinner were outstanding but the staff were by far the most impressive part of our stay. Having stayed in multiple luxury hotels around the world the staff here were the most friendly, helpful and professional we have ever encountered. They are a credit to the hotel!

Great location across the road from Copacabana beach, it was a bonus that the hotel supplied beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. The roof top pool has great views but no umbrellas for the sunbeds, just the tables. Comfy room although the breakfast was pricey so we gave it a miss and ate at a fab little cafe just round the corner.

Excellent location We had lovely meal (Seafood Risotto) in the Alloro Restaurant. Roof terrace pool and bar captivating views of Copacabana’s skyline. Great service from all the staff. Free Valet Parking.
Two minor issues: 1. Sound isolation: It was possible to hear the activity in the bathroom of the next room. 2. In our room the smoke detector was located in the ceiling over the bed. It had two red coloured LED's that flashed intermittently to indicate the detector was operational. This could prove disturbing ar night, or when the room is using the blackout blinds. They were minor inconveniences, and may not be a problem in other rooms.
