Pros: Very good in general. I booked this hotel only to be close to the bus terminal. Nevertheless, staff was very friendly, room was spacious and comfortable (I believe I was upgraded). I did not have the chance to take breakfast as I was in a bit of a rush, but breakfast was about to be opened and looked good.

Pros: The premium room at lv16 was somewhat good value I feel with the straight on/ahead og you rooms (once u exit the elevator) having the best and unblocked views. The opposites have a favela view but some of it blocked by other buildings. Shower was lovely, very spacious, TV had sport and CNN so that's a bonus I guess haha. Plus the breakfast meals were amazing. Step outside and you're real close to great art pieces and graffiti work as well as that Olympic Boluevard art faces being within walking distance

Pros: This hotel was lovely for our short stay in Rio. The rooms were spacious and the shower was amazing! Especially in the rainy weather! The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We used the restaurant once for dinner and enjoyed everything we ate.

Cons: Didn't like the hidden costs at the end or not all. Did enquire about extra costs that could be incurred during my stay at the start but clearly wasn't informed about everything. Be careful espcially that mini bar - charged quite a bit just for water and didn't even know I would be.

Cons: The location is very sketchy, I booked it because of its proximity to the Bus Station (had an early morning bus) but the (short) walk to the station - and walking around in general- made me feel very uneasy. Also, the food isn't great.

Cons: Suffocating smell in room - had to keep aircon on. Mouldy smell in Bathroom. Given tea/coffee set and styrofoam cup only on first day. Had to ask and then only given tea, coffee and sugar. No creamer no cup on second day.

Pros: This hotel was lovely for our short stay in Rio. The rooms were spacious and the shower was amazing! Especially in the rainy weather! The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We used the restaurant once for dinner and enjoyed everything we ate.
Cons: It’s about a 30 minute taxi to Copacabana and ipanema which we didn’t realise when booking and the surroundings to the hotel are very rundown despite the hotel being very modern and lovely itself. Wouldn’t walk around the hotel at night on my own as it felt unsafe but Uber was great to use and very cheap
