Pros: When in Spain, you expect to find neat design. Well, this hotel meets all you could desire. One of the best thing is the transfer to/from the Airport to/from the hotel. It gives you a big hand when in you are in between flights and your layover is long enough to take a nap.
Cons: I cannot find anything that could be improved but I am subjective as the hotel has met all my requirement so, maybe, just to write down something, a good coffee at the breakfast or maybe an option to choose a better coffee even you have to pay for it.

One morning I was told I had to wait 15 minutes before getting toast? There is no menu so you must guess? More interested in making money than serving guests.

Pros: The room was ready on arrival and despite being very busy, the check-in was very quick and easy. We were there for only one night and arrived at the hotel by taxi from Madrid Otocha railway station. Whilst there is a standard taxi charge of 30 euros to the airport the cost of this taxi as it was to a hotel outside of the airport was only 25 euros. There are free shuttles to (and from) the airport, time taken dependent on which terminal is used. It is a good idea to book the shuttle whilst booking in. The hotel is in a residential area so there are no bars/restaurants within a walk of the hotel. However there is a small shopping complex within the hotel area with bars and restaurants. There is also a small shop which didn't seem to have regular opening hours and when it did we found it didn't take credit cards. Breakfast, which is served in one of the larger restaurants and included in the cost of the room was very good and again service and choice was excellent as was the experience in the hotel coffee shop. We had lunch in one of the restaurants within the hotel, the 'El Caballo' which describes itself as a 'Taberna Andaluza', a perfect description of the menu. We ate outside with a large crowd of locals who obviously knew a bargain when they were offered one as the food and wine were very good, plentiful and reasonably priced. It was so good that we ate dinner there that night.

Nobody ever asked me for a deposit to borrow an iron. - worst thing, no blanket cases. I.e. There are two bed sheets and you take a blanket out of wardrobe and put it on top of one of bed sheets. So all night long you keep touching the blanket that hundreds of people used before you. Ridicoulous.
