Cons: Wake up call promised but was made an hour late - desk clerk wrote down wrong time Shuttle bus driver was very grumpy and rude to the passengers Hotel policy is if they fail to make a wakeup call as requested, the nights stay is free. I wrote them a letter about this and they never responded Very poor restaurant facility, all food appears to be frozen and then microwaved. Avoid!

Pros: This hotel is maybe the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are absolutely luxury from bedding, pillows, shower OR bath, minibar, cleanliness. This hotel is absolutely top notch. There’s a free airport transfer too. The staff are friendly and there is fabulous food in the bar. I can’t say one bad thing about this place.

Pros: The most important bene fit fo me was shuttle to and from Madrid airport. Also turned out to be. A 10 minute safe walk to a huge shopping mall where there were restaurants tht served food all day and I did not have to wait for the typical late opening time for the onsite restaurant. The hotel fwas very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: Breakfast although good selection and convenient was an extra 15 Euros which I did not realize.

Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable, nicely equipped, staff was very professional and friendly, and overall excellent stay and great value for money. Airport transfer was a nice addition too. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Pros: Hotel was across the street from the airport also five minute walk to the buses. You felt tucked in a nice pocket of Madrid. The staff provided change for Euro’s.
Cons: Hotel Nuevo Boston had a weird bus schedule in terms of timing and no complimentary breakfast.

Cons: not a touch of warmth or hospitality. No clock/alarm, no toiletries, no pictures.... even with reservations the bus to the airport was overbooked, tho they did get a cab for us. Not convenient for T4. In any case, a cab from the airport costs 20e.

Cons: No shuttle transportation on Sundays, I had to pay $20 for a taxi.

Pros: The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with in English which made check in a breeze. We had nice rooms, clean and comfortable. The bed was a little harder than I usually like, but overall we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were for the rate we paid. Happy customers! The location isn't too close to downtown, but it's perfect if you want to be close to the airport.

Pros: Only stayed here for a night in between flights and it offered everything we needed. Loved the free shuttle to and from airport. This saved us a lot of money not having to buy a taxi. Also, the room was a lot larger than expected and very clean and modern. It's not really close to anything other than the airport though, so don't book here if you're looking for a good vacation spot.

Pros: For a quick overnight (we were heading to the airport next day), we didn't need lots of frills. The room was very small and basic, but well planned to save space. It was very clean. The staff were friendly, and spoke English (gracias!), and there was an opportunity to pay for breakfast there, that was quick and easy. We definitely liked the price and wish more hotel chains would provide this same model....with the emphasis on clean!! (many "cheap" hotel rooms are dirty and worn down. This one was definitely not that!
