Cons (-) I never received a confirmation of reservation nether from kayak nor from getaroom and when I tried to log in and confirm it from Spain your cyber security geniuses blocked me from entering my profile.

Cons (-) There was an error in booking plan. We wanted to book from 22 to 24th April and we don't know how the booking was made from 24th to 26th. May be I made a mistake in booking. But when we arrived on 22nd April night and checked in, the reception staff booked us, well we can understand it's late at night and staff can make mistake too.
