Pros: This was a wonderful stay to end our 23 days in Spain (we spent 14 on the Camino!) The hotel is only a few blocks away from the Metro station (Barrio de la Conception) in a mostly residential neighborhood (downside is not very many restaurants nearby; a nice little bakery/cafe/wine bar is only a block away though!) The customer service of the hotel staff from reception to housekeeping were all excellent: competent, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They had a lovely lounge area that was stocked with complementary cold drinks (beer & hard liquor were extra), coffee, teas, pastries, light snacks (think a nice minimart), fresh fruit, etc. The room was spacious & clean, with modern décor. The only area I didn't give 5 stars was the location: the view from our 2nd floor window was to a sort of enclosed back corridor of the hotel itself, and also, I would have like there to be a little more entertainment in the neighborhood. Every other aspect of our stay here was exceptional.

Pros: This was a wonderful stay to end our 23 days in Spain (we spent 14 on the Camino!) All very friendly and super helpful, including making phone calls for me to address issues with my rental car and event tickets that were supposed to be delivered to the hotel but never arrived. The hotel is within a five minute walk to a Metro Station and that line goes straight to some of the most popular areas of Madrid. I was able to find free and safe street parking next to the hotel each night of my stay. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold food which was all enjoyable. Four elevators meant quick access to and from my room.

Cons: The hotel itself isn't in great conditions. It feels like they kind of remodeled but not really. Bathrooms feel very small and uncomfortable, showers are very slippery and don't have curtains so everything in the bathroom gets wet when you shower.

Pros: Really Nice comfortable hotel outside the busy touristic centre of Madrid, only about a 1 minute walk to the metro and about 15 mins direct to the city via metro. Staff are excellent and very friendly, they also speak English well.

Pros: Really Nice comfortable hotel outside the busy touristic centre of Madrid, only about a 1 minute walk to the metro and about 15 mins direct to the city via metro. Staff are excellent and very friendly, they also speak English well.
Cons: I didn't book breakfast on purpose as I didn't know my plans, and was informed on check in I could reserve breakfast for €10 or if I didn't reserve it'd be €12 if I just rocked up. I don't see why there should be a discount for booking early, not a big issue.

Cons: A lot of noise and the walls were too thin. We could hear everything, even if the noise came from 3 rooms away or from another floor. The view was not what I expected to be. If I opened the curtains the neighbors could see inside.

Cons: The hotel lobby looks tired, the elevators behave erratically. The parking is underground, the old style, I managed but... The issue of the room were the walls. We could hear all the activities of our neighbours. And they were active.

Cons: We didn't had any iron and refrigerator and deep-freeze. In the elevator, there were no pleasant soothing music - but quiet. It was a bit far from museums and famous buildings.
