Key West hotels in New Town

Pros: Friendly staff and clean.

Cons: The pillows on the bed were really big and firm.

Pros: Beautiful grounds! Room was clean, excellent toiletries, and wonderful porch to sit outside. I must say that I noticed the staff isn't miserable about helping me. Every single staff member seemed to be happy to help me out.

Cons: Valet parking is really unnecessary. Spent alot of time waiting for my car that was parked outside of my room.

Cons: i did not like they did not clean bathroom and bathroom had mold on the wall and door the floor in the hallway tile were coming out

Pros: Beautiful cozy and luxurious resort, sunrise deck with stunning pier, big spacious modern room, comfy bad, free city and beach shuttle, amenities on the beach included, huge TV, nice fan, great French cosmetics in the bathroom, huge shower, double entry to the room with porch, welcome sangria, efficient valet, sun cream and water at the pool, ice machine, great pools (4) with one adult only, keurig coffe machine in the room, lots of complimentary bottled water everywhere, super clean and new feel, nice magazines and other printouts in the room, stunning landscaping, nice usb sockets everywhere, good AC, in room refrigerator besides mini bar

Cons: No ocean access, room lightning could’ve been improved, no drying rack for towels and swimsuits, poor water pressure, big room but could be more cozy, no way to extend check out (even for extra fee), cumbersome check in experience with valet, valet and shuttle driver could’ve been more friendly

Pros: Room was recently renovated, very spacious and with good amenities (coffee machine, electric teapot, corkscrew and glasses, microwave and fridge). Bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were high quality (L'Occitane) Vegan sunscreen was available in the pool area.

Cons: The food and drinks at the pool bar and restaurant were not good. Mixed drinks had very little alcohol in them and pizza came cold in the middle.

Pros: number of pools, bar & outside restaurant ...delicious food! clean, nice views, beautiful foliage/plants/landscaping around property.

Cons: didn't like that the shuttle services to go to downtown Key West were 2 hours apart and only ran from 10am-5pm. I heard of other places that had shuttle service day/night and more often.

Cons: 1)No complimentarey bus to town after 5ish. 2)Pool: music way too loud! During our stay, 3 other couples asked to turn down/turn off music-> the very nice pool attendant just sayd he’s not in charge of selection or volume...suggestion: Remove outdoor speakers from “family friendly” and “adult only” pools and just leave the ones by the restaurant.

Cons: The room was small with no view. Had to pay $25 for parking. Locals were parking there for free and using the pool. Remote from downtown. There was a hint of mold growing in crevices between shower tiles. In general, the room looked old and in need of refurbishment. They advertise on the beach and they are really on a quay wall. There is no beach.

Pros: Decor, pool and happy hour.

Cons: Loud noisy neighbors slamming doors till midnight and beyond. Room design lends itself towards door slamming because of drafts when balcony door open

Pros: 24 hour pool, restaurant was fantastic, staff was very helpful, room was great - large tub, free shuttle and parking, and no resort fees.

Cons: Kayak rental hours were short and quite expensive. Pool bar closed too early for us.

Cons: Front desk was rude and condescending. Had to pay an undisclosed $25 parking fee and had to park 3 buildings away - security's suggestion was to park in a handicap spot outside of our room's building. Room was big but not practical.

Pros: The rooms are amazing and sparkling clean. The staff was amazing and quick with the check-in and check-out process. The shuttle to downtown Key West was prompt and a great amenity.

Cons: The breakfast did not match the quality of the facilities or staff. There was water in all the food. They didn't even make the effort to separate and make the powdered eggs appear palatable. Great place, but get breakfast somewhere else.

Cons: The cockerels woke us up at 5am each morning. It wasn't the quietest hotel we'd hoped for. Hidden costs of taxes made it quite pricey compared to prices quoted on booking.com

Cons: I couldn’t understand the gentleman at check in. I had to have him repeat many things. There was no water in my room. When I asked for it they told me look around the room for it. I did. It still wasn’t there. There was a mistake on my bill. The rug was awful. Your feet stuck to it. The bathroom sink didn’t drain very well. You had to shut it off to let the built up water go down. If you wanted to sit and watch tv, you had to sit on the bed. Only chair was at the desk for one person.

Cons: Booked thru GROUPON for 2 kings with sofa and had one king and sofa when I got to room. When back to clerk at reception and showed him a copy of my booking with the king beds he was as lost as can be, with smart aleck attitude. Eventually since we were in a group and rented three rooms the same day. I had no choice but to stay there. Was switched to a two queen bed room and ended up paying more than my friends had for the identical rooms. The clerk would not adjust pricing. No manager was there til the following morning. Very upset on how the situation was handled. Will be returning next month for another family gathering but not to the Fairfield INN.

Pros: Very convenient to have 2 bedroom 2 bath suite for 2 families for the price of $277 per night. The pool is opened till 10pm which is perfect.

Cons: It might be a little loud since the airport 5 min away. There is no place to have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons: I took my dog who unfortunately decided to poop in the walkway. Even though my son immediately cleaned up after him, one of the staff members demeanor instantly changed towards us. I spent the remainder if the trip uncomfortable, feeling a bit unwelcome.

Cons: As a Hilton Rewards client I did not expect a view of a roof. I had my entire family there. Three rooms. We all saw a roof. I have been to this hotel so many times and told my family how wonderful it was. But to be placed in three rooms with a roof view was embarrassing to me. My family does not want to go back. I am super embarrassed. In the past I have always had a pool view. I booked over a month ago and expected a lot better. I may go somewhere else in the future. The best part was the chocolate chip cookie. The rest sucked

Pros: First of all they did not charge me the agreed reservation rate until I showed them the email second of all they put us in a room at the air-conditioning didn’t work and thirdly They lied about the air conditioning working and when they put the temperature gauge on it it wasn’t working but the maintenance person went down to the front desk and told him that it was working and it actually wasn’t the stay was terrible it was not our first time there but this time we are very disappointed with the staff and with the place we were completely dissatisfied

Cons: The peoples attitudes were terrible the girl at the front desk lied to her face about the air-conditioning saying that the maintenance person said it was fine and the maintenance person was in our room saying that it wasn’t working at all and then she lied about saying the Martin’s person left for the night but the maintenance person was still in the building working we would like to multiple times and even when I checked out they still try to charge me an additional $125 which I had to prove to them that it was paid already horrible experience at that location I’ve been helping honors member for a very long time The peoples attitudes were terrible the girl at the front desk lied to her face about the air-conditioning saying that the maintenance person said it was fine and the maintenance person was in our room saying that it wasn’t working at all and then she lied about saying the Martin’s person left for the night but the maintenance person was still in the building working we would lie to multiple times and even when I checked out they still try to charge me an additional $125 which I had to prove to them that it was paid already horrible experience at that location I’ve been helping honors member for a very long time And I’ve never been disappointed like this terrible stay

Pros: The location is good, but the facility needs upgrade. The room smells like chlorine and carpet is really old.

Cons: Breakfast totally overpriced. Rooms old. Shuttles did not run! Jacussi pumps did not work as well as the outdoor showers. Ice Machine beeped for hours before I had to call front desk to shut off late night.

Pros: Perfect for a business trip! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, convenient location on Roosevelt Boulevard, lots of available parking, great Wi-Fi, walking distance to both a strip mall with shopping as well as across the street from a top rated seafood restaurant on the water. Staff is always welcoming and friendly! There is also a nice swimming pool and tiki bar on property. I've stayed here before and it's always quiet so you can rest and relax.

Cons: It's definitely time for a renovation of the rooms and carpet! The carpet in the hallway smells something awful and I'm sure it's been cleaned many times.
