Pros: We only stayed for a short amount of time but for the time that we were there, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located near the public beaches and is surrounded by a bunch of locally owned shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Cartagena.

Pros: The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping area and everything you may need. Also a taxi drive to the old city is just COP 10,000, namely about USD 3. The staff is very kind and helpful and speaks English.

Pros: Fantastic customer service. Big clean room and huge comfortable bed and pillows. Great buffet breakfast. Fantastic value for money. Good location. Easy to get to the historic town by taxi. Lots beaches and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The view from our window was the wall from the adjacent building but it didn't bother us as we loved this place!

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the service was excellent and the pool is amazing! It has a mall attached and a grocery store less than a block away. Also, not a bad walk to el centro historico. Close cab ride to good restaurants, bars and places to dance.

Pros: I liked everything. Except 1 female receptionist who was very unprofessional she was fixing her bra in front of me and my family as she was checking us in.

Cons: The hotel Is not meant for family with kids. No playground. No pool for kids. No games. And that 1 receptionist female fixing her bra in front of us she was checking us in.

Pros: Everything, hotel structure, high-rise lobby, pool and 51 floor sky bar was amazing. Private and window wide ocean view from our bed, extra long endless pool, huge breakfast room with dozens of options for different food styles, extra fast check out, high security personal, smart elevators, etc, etc

Cons: Is not a problem because for giving us security every guest has to go from 51 floor roof top bar to the 12 floor lobby to be able to take another elevator to go to their rooms all above from 16-48

Pros: A quality hotel with clean and spacious rooms with a perfect seaview. Comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Good food, nice bar on floor 51. Nice pool area on floor 12. Very good and friendly service in the downstairs lobby and at the reception and Bar 51.

Cons: Service by the pool and breakfast should be better in a 5-star hotel. It was slow and the waiters rather talked to each other than check whether customers had any needs.

Pros: Great location with a convenient nigh club to party. Lots of taxis around willing to help you with transport. Breakfast buffet was delish!

Cons: Of the last 5 years of 1500+ nights in hotels, I have never encountered a worst place to stay in my life. This is unlike any other property with rules and processes carefully designed to make a guest's experience challenging. 1. Check-in only takes an hour at the front desk, accepting payment usually results in US banks blocking your card due to suspected fraud, and guests can count on another 30 min before room inspection can be complete and a key is obtained 2. Wifi is non-existant 3. There are strange restrictions around where you can move around the hotel as well taking your room towel out of the room (really?) 4. Exercising "discipline," redundant process, and rules requires a lot of monitoring and staff, and the hotel has impressively invested plenty of manpower in that area 5. Oh and don't dare leave your key in your room, it will only take several hours for the hotel to find a locksmith...one would have thought to keep duplicates right? 6. Though it is all-inclusive, the alcohol quality is bound to make you sick and the food is mostly uncooked. Be prepared to eat/drink outside for all 3 meals. I am surprised that the hotel is still up and running. We were a group of 8 who spent most of our time outside the rooms, but whatever moments were at the hotel, were not conducive to a convenient existence.

Cons: I need the invoice for my stay at the Hotel, at the front desk just gave a receipt. I was on business trip, I need the invoice to report my expenses. at the check out, they told me they don´t have the invoice, where can I claim one.
