If you don't speak Spanish, don't come here. Definitely don't try to eat in the restaurant. The internet advertising said many languages are spoken here. Good luck with that. I don't speak the language, I don' expect

In part is a good location for families (especially with small children). The pools are nice as the beach. The problem is not the place but the managment, TERRIBLE!

i have booked a king suit with kitchen (not because i need it). In the room there was a 20 lt water tank for which you had to pay (if consumed, and we consumed obviously) and a covid prevention kit (masks, gel etc) for which was not told that if used we had to pay (just to be precise). Nothing more in the room, no coffe and tea, no bottles of water (of course there was the tank). In the structure there are several restaurantes but in the main one you should reserve otherwise the table is not guaranteed which can be understandeble for lunch and dinner, but not for the breakfast for which without reservation you had to wait for a table. In general the food was at very low level, especially the seafood for which (considering the place in front of the sea) you expect fresh fish, but no, was frozen. We eat kids menu (an advice, for kids is more comfortable to eat short pasta as penne than spaghetti). I can't say the structure was dirty (even if the water of some pools was not exactly crystal clear) but seeing Iguanas long more than 1 meter walking around in the common areas (even in the kids area) and pigeons and other birds eating on the dining table the remaining food was not exactly transferring a sensation of cleanliness. Regarding the room service, every time we needed anything we had to use the broken phone to communicate with the reception which anytime was replying that we had to call the extention (basically long as a cellular number) of the service requested (probably to much difficult to transfer directly). The day we left at the check ou, with my big surprise, i noticed that i was paying the entire 20 lt water tank (used probably 2 lt) and something like 3 EUR for one mask (from the covid prevention kit) for which even in Italy at the highest point of the pandemic lockdown the cost didnt arrive at 3 EUR. Las but not least, the added "volountary tips" to all the check (yes i signed but i dont speak spanish).

Staff very friendly. Well established COVID-19 protocols. Waiter Victor at Mazinga y Nenguaje restaurants was always very friendly and customer focused.

Terrible terrible terrible service! I stayed for 4 nights and no day or night was good! Always something happening. First we got to the hotel, and they didn't want to let us in through the gate to get checked in because we didn't have a room#..hey! Hello? How am I going to give you a room# if I haven't checked in? Then we got to the restaurant and they say we couldn't sit inside because they were closing but we would still receive the same service outside: and we had to wait. For half an hour for someone who would take our order. Every time we went to the restaurant, the service was so slow. We had to wait even like an hour for a small dish of fruit. Did they went to grow the fruit or what? One time that we ordered. Meat, the meat was bad! It even caused us a stomachache. Also, I asked for this room to be next to my family's room and they said when I was going to check in that I never mentioned that before. Also, we went to eat outside, and they were 5 rooms represented in the car, and they didn't want to let us in. Furthermore, one time I ordered an ice cream, and the girl never brought it; when I asked for it, she said she never got clarification on the flavor, but hey if you were confused you didn't ask for clarification either and decided to ignore it. additionally, we went to the pool one afternoon, and the odor was extremely disgusting!!!! This is nowhere near a 5 star service hotel!! Please look for a different one for your stay if you want to get good service!

- The facilities were beautiful - The pool was nice - The beach was clean, very well kept - Door men were very attentive - Away from the main stream beaches but close enough for a short drive to Santa Marta and Rodadero for food - 5 minutes from airport

- Front desk service was awful and not welcoming. (The entire lobby is quiet and an awkward first experience) - Food - Room service has awkward times - Can't buy basic things anywhere after hours including water! - Breakfast food was ok - Bar at pool makes horrible beverages. We had their margaritas and coconut beverage. - WiFi coverage was bad in room. Fine on balcony.
