Pros: Excellent food and choice in the evening. Lovely Pool
Cons: The breakfast was a little confusing and the waitress who served us didnt understand basic English
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A piece of paradise! Tucked away from the chaos of Manila, this hotel is really magical! Everything was perfect about hwo stay, we just wish we stayed longer!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Close to the airport and close to Mall of Asia. The property is secluded within busy Manila. It's a boutique hotel with good privacy and charm. Can easilly be used as a base to get around Manila. Install the Grab app on your phone to get around Manila.
Cons: A minor issue with musty smell from air conditioning, but leave the air con running for a little while and it's fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you enter, you are transported to another time. There's an unhurried air around the place. Lovely garden, historic home as the centerpiece. Staff is exceptionally well trained and will do their absolute best to accommodate your request. Popcorn at 9pm to munch while watching a movie? You bet. If you want to get out for shows, shopping or sight seeing, you are very near Mall of Asia and Intramuros. Highly recommended.
Cons: The website is very clear on the square footage of each class of room and because it is a historic home that has been converted, I expected the room to be on the small side. However, when I stay again, I'll ask to have a look at the available rooms before I take my key. My room was quite small and that was fine since I was alone. If I had been with a companion, it would have been too small.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Green oasis and luxury in the middle of Manila
Cons: N/a
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The garden suite, it so relaxing and chic
Cons: Maybe the grass in front of the garden suite. Needs some trimming.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel, wonderful staff and a beautiful environment. We inky had one night here on a stopover from Sydney to London but would have loved to have stayed longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love how they took my requests and made my boyfriends birthday cery special. Perfect staycation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Located in a compound so you feel very safe and you don't hear the traffic from the street. Nicely renovated with a modern look. Apparently, this was owned by a wealthy chinese family back in the day and they renovated for hotel use. Very nice architecture. Also very close to Mall of Asia and surrounding casinos and restaurants in the Pasay neighborhood.
Cons: Only one entrance to all the rooms from the main area. 4 houses situated in tandem and our room was located in the 3rd house. Since there was only one entrance, the walk to the main gate of the compound made it twice as far. I only stayed a night, so it wasn't terribly inconvenient, but if I was staying a few days or weeks, it would probably get old quick.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Only buffet breakfast at Spiral. Thats all! Front Desk staff was inefficient, Someone knocked on our door telling us that we are meant to checkout when in fact we have paid for another day. They didn’t even apologise for their mistake. The girl asked me to go down to Front desk to sort it out. It was upsetting for me & my whole family. We booked for 3 rooms - 836, 843, and 201 transferred to 502 because room 201 was dirty & electricals are not properly working, lights flicker when we plug something. TV on 843 was also broken. They also made a mistake on our Club Millesime access, inspite we have paid for extra PHP 4913 our key card for Room 843 won’t work in Level 10, my daughter & son-in-law had to borrow our key card to get in Level 10, I kept going back to Front Desk to get them to sort things out, our stay at Sofitel was stressful instead of relaxing. We were vey disappointed!
Cons: Our ‘Superior’ room was below standard. We paid for upgrade, but the room was not up to standard, bathroom blower was not working, smelly, and misty as the blower was broken. I called Housekeeping to fix it, but was very inconvenient as someone keeps knocking at our door every 5 minutes, only to be told, someone will come and have a look.A very rude maintenance man said, it was not his fault because he just started his shift. Finally on our last night, , someone telephoned us that it will take time to fix the bathroom but since we are checking out the next day, she asked what our preference would be. It’s so upsetting! Housekeeping also took our towels didn’t replace them on our second day. I had to call them for towels.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing everything is worse from check in to check out. First, my reservation didn't honor the free breakfast. This is the second times I bought from your website that the breakfast is included but when we checkin not invluded.
Cons: The smell of the Carpet and when you're in the swimming pools the smell of the ocean iis horrible. The aircon in the lobby is horrible too.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool is beyond superb and like a childrens ' UN
Cons: when staff said there was a sofa bed in the room that my child could sleep on... it was actually a chaise longue ie literally a chair. the 4 year old was ok on it actually but not really what we had in mind
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location convenient to Expo Center. On Manila Bay (no beach). Great Sports Bar, rooms with balconies, excellent pool.
Cons: Pool is a mob scene on weekends. No “walking distance” amenities. Over-priced breakfast buffet. Staff needs training update on listening to guests...very prone to being dismissive and “snooty”.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was amazing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast incredible
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were lovely.
Cons: Our room smelt of cigarettes. The air quality in the room wasn’t good making it hard to sleep.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly attitude, clean and comfortable rooms, good location by the ocean
Cons: After checking in our key card didn’t work. We alerted the front desk but it wasn’t taken care of. We had to tell them again after dinner and it was finally fixed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view of Manila Bay from luxury king room with bay view balcony Helpful hotel staff demonstrating the famous Filipino hospitality Great location and pool area with swim up bar Cool sports bar showing Rugby World Cup One of (if not the) best buffet breakfasts in Manila
Cons: The lobby/check-in area is a bit awkwardly positioned with notable lack of seating Breakfast is a but pricey for Manila standards
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone is super friendly, area is clean and accomodating. A bit shout out to Royce who was serving my friends and I are the bar by the pool! He was friendly and accomodating to our needs, can not recommend this place enough
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are wonderful. We have a server and he was wonderful, he went out of his way to make our stay special.
Cons: Our room 1123 was deteriorated. The blinds in the bathroom is all bent and the rain shower was not working good, no water pressure at all. I am a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in many Sofitel before in different countries and I was always pleased
7.0 Good
Pros: Cool place, there is a bar in the swimming pool and that was a lot of fun
Cons: Bait and switch. A lot of extras that wound up costing more than the room itself, it was a huge rip-off. Breakfast, evening perks, etc.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location & the view was nice. It being small hotel not so large.
Cons: Over priced for condominium units set up & priced as highly ranked hotel. Even the reception & the hole way at the floor we stayed in was not air-conditioned & as all know it’s hot & humid in Manila. Most of the taxis we used during our stay there including the airport taxi which we took didn’t know what TRYP hotel meant nor know about. I had to carry the hotel address with me all the time to get back to it. The towels were raggedy looking grayish rather than clean white colored. When I mad the booking it mentioned that the room I booked had kitchenette which any person would expect small kitchen facilities including small cooker, some pots & pans, toaster, hot water kettle, utensils.. etc. but all there was a coffee maker machine, microwave, 2 cups & saucers, & 2 water glass which can be found in any normal hotel room without “kitchenette”.. even a hot water kettle we had to request to our room. Not to mention the breakfast buffet which have very little selection to choose from & over priced like the a 5 star hotel...

Pros: Staffs are nice and approachable; View from the room is nice too.
Cons: There was mosquitoes inside our room (room 1207); We did not like the smell inside the bathroom, as well as the bed linens seemed like it was not replaced with a new one. When we checked out, no staff even asked if we need assistance or help to bring our bags

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much to like, other than location and some friendly staff.
Cons: Room was stark, nothing comfortable to sit and relax, no complimentary bottles of water, coffee and nothing in Fridge, yet we were required to put 3000pesos deposit for 3 days, like there were something valuable to steal. We just transferred from Dusit Thani, Makati, they too required 3000 deposit for 3 days, but their rooms were luxurious, comfortable and well stocked with water, coffee/tea, etc, we didn't mind paying the deposit there for all the amenities. But, Microtel Wyndham paled with what they had to offer, yet huge deposit required, for what??? Although we are Wyndham Rewards members, we will be reluctant to stay there again.

Pros: The price
Cons: Deposit. Doesn’t take debit card.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was sparkly clean and spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. I loved that it was very close to the airport which takes less than a 15min drive. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and well-trained. They even helped me book a car to go to the airport because we had like 4 big suitcases. I really commend their hospitality and I will definitely stay here again on one of my visits in Manila in the future.
Cons: There's nothing not to like about the hotel except for lack of available decent restaurants in the neighborhood within short walking distance. Also, I was wondering how they had a free shuttle to go to the mall of Asia and not to the airport. This is more like a suggestion rather than a dislike: I hope this hotel also provides shuttle service to the airport for their guests too. It will help guests traveling with more than 1 suitcase.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I like the people at the restaurant .they are entertained us politely...
Cons: Checked out? very rude lady at the reception ...she asked you to keep waiting...unreasonable coz no one checked out that time....but when I tried to asked what's going on ? She still not processed my check out to release my deposited money... I am not happy about my stayed..

7.5 Good
Pros: Close to the airport and very spacious room
Cons: Totally focussed on Chinese people. I do understand because it is 90% of their customers. But is really full Asian hotel/area. Breakfast is far too Asian, for Western people the buffet has very little to offer and quality of the food is ok but not really good. All shops and restaurants around there are Chinese. Luckely not too far from Mall of Asia.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Did not like it
Cons: The receptionists were rather unfriendly: 1. I asked for a nearer room (on the 2nd day of 4 days) because they put me in the farthest, they said there is no room available- it was a lie, i saw lots of available rooms 2. I asked for plastic laundry bags and the guy was charging me!!! For a small plastic bag? Then they brought me a worn out, old plastic bags. What a shame!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean room
Cons: What i dont like is i wait on the airport for like 45 mins, couse they said they will pick me up but nobody show up to pick me up

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is fairly close to the airport. Good service from the hotel and staff.
Cons: This is what you would euphemistically call a Love Hotel where the rooms can be booked on an hourly basis. The setup is unusual as you walk into a garage area and there is a staircase to your room. I suppose it is a Motel so makes sense. Convenient for the airport which is why a booked it. Stay there if you're planning a tryst. Otherwise probably not suitable for the general traveller.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the location close enough to the airport. Get a white metered taxi to pay about 250-300 pesos ride. The yellow metered ones are a little more expensive. You can tell them the full hotel name and also say the PB&B on Wood street on EDSA. It takes a few minutes for the shower water to be somewhat warm. Bed was pretty good. Good lighting in the room and bathroom. Nice friendly staff. We had a new flat screen TV with HBO and other decent basic channels. Bed sheets were like new and clean. They have all the light switches you can control from the bed. Air con worked great.
Cons: They raised the meals price from the last time I was here. Its now 150 pesos instead of the old 90 peso price. One of the pillows was too firm. A couple cockroaches in the room but room was clean. One of the windows didnt shut tight so the cool air was going outside some.

Pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly, price was cheap. Short taxi ride to SM Mall of Asia, not too far from airport.
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water only worked part of the time. Water in toilet never stopped running. Area around hotel was run-down, smelly, and felt unsafe. Limited choices for food or other amenities within easy walking distance.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that they upgraded my room into three beds but I still paid the same amount probably because theres no available room anymore and also love that you can extend your stay and you just have to pay per hr and not per night. Very nice!!!! Nice location when you are just travelling. Very near from the airport. Love the facilities and the room theme ❤️ Comfy and clean! ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: friendly, easy-going atmosphere just perfect for relax
7.5 Good
Pros: the location, cleanliness and good personnel.
Cons: no nothing.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The room was bare, I had a Queen size bed and a flat screen TV that was it there was not a dresser or a closet or a luggage rack so our clothing was on the floor, the bathroom did not have a separate shower just the drain in the center of the floor so with each shower I needed to move everything out or it was wet, I asked for extra blankets because the bed only had the thin sheet for a blanket, and pillows. I was charged for this. For p2.500 a night I have stayed in much better. The room was clean and no bugs running around but that was about it. If you want coffee in the morning you need to buy outside at least the coffee shop is right there.you do have several restaurants outside your door which was handy, I needed a taxi to the airport and although it was there service I was charged p200. The only budget about this hotel was the lack of room emenities and services
