Location to little Italy
We liked that it was so close to everything
We had to wait until 4:30 for our room to be ready. Check in was at 4. Then we were out all day and expected our room to be clean when we got back. No one came to clean the room. When I called the next morning to let them know they were supposed to send someone up with towels and such. No one came. The hotel clerk told us we can order what we wanted at the bistro. When we went down it was closed. I would have to wait an hour that’s when we left. I would not stay here again
Comfort and cleanliness; security; friendliness and professionalism of staff; proximity to the Garden.
Because my wife has difficulty walking, I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to TD Garden. I'm not sure that what I liked about this hotel is enough to justify the cost. I thought parking, or at least breakfast might have been included. I've stayed in comparable rooms at the Marriott Time Square in NYC on past occasions at half the cost. It was difficult to locate the light switches in the dark bathroom; it was difficult to figure out how the shower operated, and because the shower was equipped for handicapped guests, I found it small and awkward to use; it was difficult to figure out how to close and open the curtains in the room which appeared to be power operated but are apparently manually operated.
Close to everything and staff was soooooo wonderful!
windows didn’t open.
Great location, friendly staff
Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.
Our hotel features a modern, sophisticated design that marries our urban location with a tranquil energy. At 14-stories with 220 rooms we have 2500 sq. ft. of meeting space & "The Bistro". We offer breakfast, dinner & a full bar for you to socialize and unwind. We are conveniently located within walking distance of TD Garden, home of the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins. Boston’s Financial Center, & Government Center are all within close proximity along with major transportation hubs such as Boston North Station, Logan International Airport, and all major highways. The Courtyard Boston Downtown North Station places guests in the ideal spot to enjoy all that Boston has to offer.
