Pros (+) The spa is large, has lots of different types of saunas and pools, and offers "guided" sessions in the saunas throughout the day.
Cons (-) The hotel room is OK, with just a standard quality bed (not a super comfort bed or linens). The shower is large, but otherwise nothing special in the bath area. Security is very tight into the gym and sauna areas and requires the front desk staff to issue a new wrist band each time you try to enter or exit the area beyond your room on the day you are checking out.
