Cons: "Asked for an isle seat; was stuck in the middle. Way to long of a flight for that"

Cons: "Asked for an isle seat; was stuck in the middle. Way to long of a flight for that"
Pros: "The seat was super uncomfortable and they switched out flights 3 times so the layovers were extremely long."
Cons: "Not switching our flights three times and not accommodating us like we had originally paid for."
Pros: "Nice, short flight. Smooth ride."
Cons: "Had a middle seat between two very large women. Couldn't be helped, was a full flight."
Cons: "Great flight. Would have been nice to have on board wifi."
Pros: "Great and attentive crew. Solid in-flight entertainment. Pilots got us to destination 20 mins early!"
Cons: "1) It's pretty standard to offer a small toiletries pack (eg. Eyecover, toothbrush/paste, etc) on long-haul flights for other airlines. 2) Felt ripped off paying $50 for "preferred economy" seats that looked/felt identical to standard economy seats. Should be marketed as just priority boarding."
Pros: "Wellington airport is the most accessible and relaxed I’ve used, and the Air New Zealand Check-in process was the easiest I’ve used so far."
Pros: "Crew was very nice"
Cons: "Foot rest and seat recline was broken. Food was also just okay."
Pros: "Punctual flight, great boarding and great baggage service."
Cons: "Bag drop could be improved with more personnel to help."
Pros: "I had to us the wheel chair And they were all GREAT I was by my self"
Cons: "Right now I can't think of any thing"
Pros: "The seat next to me was empty so it was much more comfortable than the flight out. Movies were great"
Cons: "The food, economy has no room."
Pros: "Not confortable at all! I was in the middle seat in the center of the plane and hD to get up every time people had to use the restroom. I could not sleep at all in the 14 hour flight - not to mention after a 6 hour delay - with poor communication on what the delays were all about. 4 different times the flight was delayed with no explanation. I liked nothing about this overpriced, under served flight."
Cons: "6 hours delayed in Sydney and nobody was telling us what was going on. I got sick while waiting, and was in a lot of pain all the way home. Also i had to pay $304 change fee to change my flight to Sydney to SFO from the original Melbourne to LAX To SFO thinking since I was coming home from Sydney I could change to a direct flight to SFO and get home early, but it took about 6 hours later because of the delay and I lost $304 in change fees even though I booked the fight via reward mileage and gave up 80,000 miles for this flight, and on top of that, when I changed the Sydney to SFO flight the system would not let me change my seat and I was booked in the middle of the plane in the middle in a 4 person row with 3 seats on the right and 3 on the left. I always fly in the window seat to help me sleep easier and not have to get up every time someone had to use the restroom. This was a 14 hour flight and I got no sleep at all and the 6 hour delay killed me. This was an awful experience and I don’t believe the $304 charge was worth it considering I paid 80,000 miles + taxes. I am complaining to executive management all the way to the top about this terrible expensive poor experience."
Pros: "The 787 dreamliner does an excellent job flying, with reduced cabin noise."
Cons: "The passengers with a small child behind us were very noisy and bumping/pushing into our seat-backs way too much. The boarding was a bit chaotic. Defining the boarding sequence based on row numbers should help."
Pros: "We landed safely."
Cons: "Crew spoke little English it seemed. Maybe they did not understand my American accent. They never acknowledged my requests and repeatedly would overlook me for drinks or food. When I would give them my order, they would diaappear, then reappear with the order wrong. On. Every. Single. Occasion.... They were rude and dismissive. Food was barely adequate of what I served."
Pros: "Rob Cumming was the supervisor crew for our section. He was very good at trying to compensate for the big problems that Qantas had created for us."
Cons: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."
Cons: "The seat space is a bit small, there is too less Chinese and Japanese movies to choose from."
Pros: "Love those seat covers and overall comfort"
Cons: "My wife's headset channel, not the headset, was defective and was heavy with distortion. Overall, the plane seemed a bit worn. However, good floght overall."
Pros: "Crews in flight are friendly Meals are decent Movie collection in flight are plenty"
Cons: "Can't check in via mobile app nor kiosk in airport Still using 747. The plane could be made in 70s? 80s?"
Pros: "Seats were fine, crew was cherry nice and professional. Enough toilets for the size of the plane."
Cons: "Airplane food is always what it is."
Pros: "Non stop flight across the ocean was unbelievable! How can it fly so far with no stops?!! It was nice to have meals served."
Cons: "I did not like screaming babies. Perhaps I should have asked for ear plugs! Seats were cramped but staff was nice."
Pros: "On time, good food, flite staff and attendants were friendly and helpful."
