Cons: "Good was served late, in both legs. Flight departs at 7 pm but diiner was served after 10 (midnight Dubai time) Which meant our sleep was disturbed and when breakfast was served we had a full stomach."

Cons: "Emirates has applied EasyJet seat ramming techniques to its A380 business Class product. As a result even the spacious upper deck of an A380 feels cramped. The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

Only found out that the flight may be cancelled from an email from kayak. Eventually got on a flight 6 and a half hours later. When leaving the board still said ek5101 delayed. I am sure if left up to Emirates / Qantas we would still be sitting at Dubai looking at the board."

The only reason I flew qantas was because I thought they had better equipment. Crew on lower deck clearly not as dedicated to service. After being moved here in the hopes of getting a new seat with a working entertainment system I knew the service would be worse - and it was."

We sat in row 73 from Sydney to SFO and it was really hot, the AC didnt really kick in. It was uncomfortable. But it did finally got colder. It just took a long time."

I know we made a mistake of getting flight to Manila in Sydney. We should have just gotten flight from Auckland instead but it was an honest mistake. They should have just allowed us since we know it's possible. We spent 14, 000NZ additional for that mistake."

The food is of the right portion .The crew is doing what they need to do for the passengers , quiet efficient , smile quite a lot thus making them feel more comfortable . The toilets are being kept clean . Keep it up !"
