As a big guy the seats are way too small for me. Would prefer more comfortable seats on these long haul flights.

The seat 7A had no padding. I needed to sit on the provided pillow.

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!

The seat arrangement from JFK to Istanbul and from Istanbul to JFK is not updated. Since I travelled alone, I felt uncomfortable sitting next to a stranger. There is privacy issue here.

This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Turkish Airlines, one I felt compelled to share. Firstly, the staff’s attitude left much to be desired. I encountered consistent rudeness both onboard and from the customer service team. To illustrate, I lost my eyeglasses on the plane. When I approached the airline’s customer service for help, not only were they dismissive, but they also mishandled the information I provided. Even though I had clearly mentioned my flight details in my correspondence, they asked for them again, only to later inform me they couldn’t locate my glasses. Moreover, the flight itself was delayed by three hours, adding to the frustration. Given this experience, I strongly advise reconsidering before booking with Turkish Airlines!
