It was also a great experience except to the inconvenience of connecting flights since we need to took buses to go to another terminal and the boarding was easy but if you manage to find the terminal in time. Still it was a great experience with Kayak and Emirates.

Cons: "Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time."
Pros: "Crew is horrible. Very rude and refused to help by any means when i asked for my baby stroller. I have 2 kids that I had to carry all the way through customs and bagga claim because refuse to bring stroller to the gate and was very rude in their answer. Horrible Experience. I will never fly emirates"

Cons: "Was supposed to be a A380 but they changed the flight to 777. I only flew with Emirates to be in the more spacious A380 otherwise I’d have chosen another carrier at better price. I also paid to choose seat which naturally didn’t apply any longer and was put at very back of plane so that money was wasted. They could have at least advised but the attitude was blaze and not willing to even speak to me."

Cons: "Comparing this flight on Emirates airlines which is from Bahrain going to spain with the previous flight on Emirates airlines as well but was going from Bahrain to Dubai there is a huge difference starting from Time professionalism and crew treatment and captain experience on making the flight comfortable the level of everything changes my flight to Spain was very comfortable and quite and the food was delicious the crew was very helpful and polite the captain is very professional and he made us feel very comfortable in this flight smooth take of and landing."

The passenger beside me was pushing well into my space, and the rambunctious flight attendants kept marching right into me and banging my seat with the cart, once also spilling water all over me. Cons: "My seat was about 70% of the size of a normal one. It gave me back pain and shoulder pain as the wall encroaches into the seat space. Do not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take the window emergency exit seats. They charge you extra but don’t warn you that they are tiny. I am of relatively normal (althletic) build not overweight or unusually tall etc. They initially told me there were no other free seats so I ended up sat on the floor. Turns out there were free seats. They lied."

Cons: "Kayak booked the ticket through flight network and when we reached airport the airline staff was not able to find the ticket. The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. No message was sent for cancelation and it caused a lot of troubles and grief to all involved."

Cons: "Not at all accommodating of dietary restrictions. It was a very long flight to not have any options for food, and crew acted very put out when we asked if there were any other options. Checked our carry on luggage for being "too heavy" in spite of the fact that it was the exact same luggage we carried on for the flight out which meets all necessary size restrictions. Boarding was very disorganized, no announcements were being made, flight attendants were simply holding up signs at chest level which were completely blocked by the crowd."

Pros: "I say that everything was good but overall "excellent" because it is hard to fly for hours upon hours and say that it was excellent. All considered, it was good while Emirates (compared to other carriers) is excellent. These huge airplanes are amazing!"

Pros: "Twice on this nearly 8-hour flight attendants passed through the cabin with hot cloths to clean face and hands. Very refreshing! Good food."
Cons: "This is not about the plane or the airline; rather the airport in Dubai: build better restroom facilities for your female passengers! Near gate 29 is a women's restroom with just 2 toilet stalls and one sink! Wholly inadequate for the 3-4 gates it serves."

Cons: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."
Pros: "I would like to say this is the most horrific experience I have ever had traveling and using Kayak. I was late by 10 mins getting to the ticket counter and Emirates gave my seat away. I then proceeded to attempt to rebook and the Emirates agent advised they are sold out for the next 3 days and have no flight alternatives to offer. I contact flight network and the person I spoke proceeds to tell me the same thing and there is nothing they can do for me. Basically that I would need to purchase a whole new ticket on another airline as Emirates doesn't have availability. Which I did. Now I'm looking online and Flight Network has my exact flight on Emirates available at same price I paid for my ticket. But now my new ticket purchased to get home is non-refundable. I'm out over 1000 dollars because of bad info. This has been a horrific experience and after being loyal to Kayak for years.... I will never use the site again."
Pros: "On that route the plane can be quite empty on the Melbourne-Singapore leg, meaning lots of space to sleep in coach."

Cons: "We had a long layover in Dubai and decided to go out to explore the city. When we went to go back with the same carry ons that we had been using our entire trip (with three different flights with them), They made us check in our hand luggage because it was over 7kg. When we went to talk to the person at the gate about it, he was very condescending and rude and not helpful at all. They were also not nice on the plane. Never flying again."

This time recently, I chose Emirates airline and was impressed by their overall offering. I'm now converted and will fly Emirates ALWAYS!!"
