Same for cabin luggage and is enforced randomly. Some economy passers were allowed two pieces, others were forced to check in cabiuggahe at $200."
Pros: "Flight was quicker than expected"

Pros: "Boarding and Crew are excellent toilets are clean Gluten Free meals are available, that's a big plus"

Cons: "Because the airline kept changing the gate numbers an this was my first time to fly alone. Plus I had to take a bus to a plane on the tarmac. I missed my flight. Tried to charge 600 for the same flight the next day. The people were rude an impolite at Dubai. It’s very expensive airport. Do Not Fly with United emerites at all. Terrible just terrible"

Cons: "Some snacks between the food service"
Cons: "Food was the worst, service extremely poor"

Cons: "The food was average"
Pros: "Entertainment system really good - great choice and great screen sizel"
Cons: "Lack of choice on main meal"
Pros: "The staff were pleasant and the food was passable"
Cons: "The number of children screaming and running up and down the aisles was ridiculous. Since parents can’t be trusted to stop their darlings from raising hell, the flight attendants need to. The poor old guy next to me looked like he might die from exhaustion after this long-haul hell. In other news, rushing us into the bus and then leaving us standing there for 30 minutes is not my idea of a good start to the journey."
Cons: "It is just great. The timing the service the professionalism"
Pros: "Service from staff"
Cons: "Disembarking for passengers needing wheelchair was prolonged and cumbersome; As a result,my one suitcase was lost by another passenger picking up my bag and I ended up spending 3 extra hours at the airport completing formalities!"
Pros: "Sorry...pushed a button the it disappeared. Will try again... As always, returning home from an international two week trip is always thrilling but exhausting. The hours of travel seem slow. My half table of Advil PM worked wonders though. Gracious service, always willing to help myself and those seated around me. Clean bathroom facilities. Overall, I'm thrilled to be home safely."
Cons: "I picked slimly through my food. Nothing seemed too appetizing. The entertainment options were a bit difficult to navigate. Choices were a bit limited as well for a long flight."
Pros: "I recently booked a flight on Qatar first, to Ko Samui, Thailand. When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?"
Cons: "baggage policing"
Pros: "The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The plane itself was clean and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was great to have two free meals, drinks and entertainment making a 10 hour flight go by faster. I love the eye masks and ear plugs to make sleeping on a plane easier. All around success and would fly again with them!"
Cons: "On the flight home the crew seemed a little confused who was in charge of my row. I had to go get myself the customs forms and a pen. Also the front of the plan was extremely hot compared to the back."
Pros: "Emirates is an airline that knows how to pay attention to the details. Amazing airline."
Cons: "The ground few in Phuket - specifically the check-in desk did not uphold the standards of Emirates. I felt like I was too much of a bother for them."
Cons: "Broken seat, little leg room...A380 is a much better plane than the airbus."
Cons: "I didn't like my seat placement this time round. Was put in the seat infront of business class as no other option. Really uncomfortable."
Cons: "Did not get wheelchair assistance for my dad as requested."
Cons: "No proper communication provided on gate about the delay. Meal voucher was given very late and hence did not make any sense. We were completely uncertain about our onward travel since no information was available till we reached Dubai which was very frustrating."
Cons: "Bathrooms were not clean later in the flight"
Cons: "New movies were not available"
Pros: "I love the experience of fly with kayak and look forward to many more"
Cons: "Nothing. Everything was expected from a good flight."
Pros: "This was a short flight, but still they served coffee, tea, and food. Amazing."
Cons: "Not much to say. All was fine on such a short leg of the trip"
Pros: "It was good services"
Pros: "We liked the selection of movies. The stewards were extremely helpful and kind."
Pros: "Food, entertainment system, the air bus A380 was superb , cleanliness and crew was attentive."
Pros: "I like Big TV"
Cons: "After shown the back door of the plane, 7 others were stuck in a lift for an hour, it was too hot. help didn't come soon enough. Ignored by airport staff and cabin crew"
Cons: "The delays"
Pros: "Flight staff good attitude, condition of airplane"
Cons: "On the 15 hour flight Dubai to LAX, Only one hot meal was served, plus later, a sandwich. I'm a thin girl and barely found the food sufficient - imagine the men!"
Pros: "I was able to receive a vegan meal, though I didn't make an early request. The attendants were very kind and graceful. Thanks for the newspaper."
Cons: "Reliance on electronic entertainment"
