Some of the Crew was hostile. Plane was disgusting. The plane looked outdated. And I paid for business class! Horrible

Cons: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

The temperature on the flight was cold.
It was a somewhat rough ride at times. The flight to Florida was better excellent pilot on that plane from take off to landing. This pilot was a bit rough coming into the airport stepped on brakes twice roughly

But those seats were sold out long before we even got to LA! I contacted American Airlines Customer Relations about 1 month prior to my flight. I completed their online form detailing the problem and asked if there is any way I could buy extra leg room seats. But they never even bothered to respond. I got the automated email acknowledging receipt of my complaint and assuring me I would be contacted soon. NOT!!"
Pros: "The Boeing 787 from LAX to Auckland was noticeably more comfortable than the Airbus 321 I flew to LAX to start the trip. Food was actually good!"
Cons: "For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation."

They asked if they could have my middle seat so they could sit together - hurray! After that, the person in the aisle seat next to my husband was willing to swap her aisle seat for my new-found aisle seat. But on long flights, greater efforts should be made to seat couples together."

Cons: "Seat pitch on the plane unbelievably cramped. When seats are so close that if you drop something on the floor you have to be a contortionist to get it, you know it's a problem NEVER fly the 787-900 economy."
Cons: "The seats were really bad, it was our first trip on a 787 and I will never do it again. Not as bad as the Airbus from MIA but considering it's 13 hours it was totally rubbish. We normally fly the 777 with Air NZ, after this we will go back to them. The staff, as always were helpfull and pleasant, the plane was quiet but the seats....."
Cons: "AA claimed the overhead storage was full and took my carry-on. Except I walked by at least 15 spots that easily would have fit my bag. They made us pay $50 to check-in luggage, but then didn't bother to put the bags on our flight. They also tried to charge us twice for the privilege of checking bags. They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

Cons: "I had a 2 hour layover to switch from my BA flight to my American Airlines flight in Heathrow, but since I, and every other AA passenger had to wait in line to reprint my boarding pass to an AA boarding pass after we had taken the bus to the terminal, I waited about 45 minutes in that line. Then we had to go through security again. By the time I made it to my gate the flight said it was "closing." We took off about 15 minutes after that. The "hot box" snack had goat cheese and I'm not a fan."

Cons: "Delayed leaving ATL, sat on the Tarmac for 30 mins. Leaving CLT was delayed 1.5 hrs for mechanical issue because it problem occurred during a shift change. Also was never given the opportunity to choose a seat assignment on CLT-BDL so I ended up in the very last middle seat."

great personal interaction by flight staff. Small point. Having missed eating the main meal served just after boarding as I needed to sleep as I had been travelling 24 hours , the promised inflight light snack was not offered and not obvious how to get it. Would have appreciated more drinks offered throughout the flight.

I was almost late for my plane because counter assistance is needed in my case, while there was no counter for NO-bag check-in. The kiosk rejected my check-in as well as online check-in. It was confusing and frustrating; I felt like the United Airline did that on purpose to deter the super-economy ticket buyer. Please be aware of time to take to check in with NO BAG with Super-Economy ticket at EWR."

I selected seat by window that had no other passengers listed in the seating aisle but somehow in the short period of time I upgrade & walked to gate a middle eastern family with 4 kids, none over 4yrs of age happen to book the seats in my aisle. It was not comfortable & definitely not an upgrade worthy of the xtra $ having kids kicking my chair, yelling, & crying majority of the trip. Had an extreme migraine when finally landed in Houston."

It was just an extremely long domestic flight that should have been treated more like an international flight with free movies and a meal server."

Cons: "I got to the airport 40 minutes early. The flight was out at 6:20, I was there by 5:40. They did not let me print out a boarding pass. I could see the gate from the security line and the security line was EMPTY. There was no reason for them not to let me get on the plane, but they ended up scheduling me for a flight to Denver with the connecting flight in the morning- delaying my trip 24 hrs and charging me an extra 125$!!! I ended up paying an extra 85$ to American and was able to get to PHX that afternoon! The ladies at United were straight up RUDE too. When I told the lady at the counter my name she rolled her eyes."

Cons: "A lady with a dog on a leash was allowed on board. I do not think it was a service dog. In the gate area, the dog was encouraged to get up on the seat. The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark. I don't know why she didn't back away when she noticed the cat. On board, the dog, still on a leash, didn't stay under her feet. The owner did not hang on to the leash."
