Cons: "Arrival at Terminal 3 at Perth Airport was a real disappointment. It took more than an hour to get through passport control and customs. Woefully understaffed and exhausting after flying from Heathrow and arriving at 11.45pm. Makes me think twice about flying qantas into Perth"

Very coordinated, very well setup and prepared. The stewards were wonderful. Food and service outstanding through the entire 13hr flight."

Cons: "Flight delayed. The made boarded passengers disembark and wait for an unpredictable amount of time with no updates. Then finally we boarded then the service was very poor. For example they did not remove the dishes for about three hours after serving dinner. The last straw was that they diverted to Sydney instead of the final destination Melbourne as the crew was going over 20 hrs. With the diversion they saved about 45 min , but the exhausted passengers lost another 3 hrs in their already miserable flight. Also quantas NOT friendly for people traveling with kids.... BEWARE."

Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam."
Cons: "I would like to know who is telling me the truth regarding why i $500 was taken from my refund when I was forced to cancel my flight due to not getting my visa. I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money."

Pros: "Very little. Even though I'm sure I wasn't suppose to, my seat allowed me to put my feet up on the wall. At least I was able to elevate them a bit."
Cons: "First, the flight was delayed an hour and a half. No gate was announced until just before boarding. Afraid of missing my flight, I didn't doze even though I had been awake for 20 hours at this point. Once I got on the plane, the seats were so small in economy my hips were pressed against the arm rests and I am not a large person. The man next to me was pressing through over to my side. We both had difficulty opening the tray for meals because they were in the arm rests (not that it mattered, we were never served good). The controls for the entertainment and lights were in the arm rests as well and there was no way to see them because your thighs were pressed against them. The screen for my entertainment was crooked and flickered. The charging port did not work for my cell phone. The earphone jack had to be wiggled and wiggled and then I had to hold my leg perfectly still not to bump it. I eventually gave up trying to use the entertainment screen. I preordered my meal online, but waiting for dinner, already exhausted, I dozed off. I didn't get dinner and no one came around the rest of the trip and offered any refreshments. No water, no snack, nothing. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I saw a crew member for the rest of the flight."

We landed early and I was so excited to get a jump home. I then waited for 35 mins for my bags to appear on the conveyor AFTER walking all the way to the baggage claim from the gate. I arrived home later than I expected.....This is not the first time that the United baggage was so slow. This needs to be an improvement area."

Cons: "The crew started serving first class passengers BEFORE boarding was complete, which forced the passengers who had not boarded yet to wait in line until service was complete. This sent a poor message to the economy class telling us we were not important customers"

Pros: "I sat on the aisle. There is no room especially if you put your bag under the seat in front of you. I got hit 2x as the flight attendants moved the cart down the aisle. You can't lean back. I was fortunate to be able to place my coat in the overhead bin which is usually overcrowded."
Cons: "If the baggsge fee was less onerous more people would check bags and make boarding and deplaning faster. For God's sake give people more room between seats. Board people in the back first to spee the process. First window and aisles last. This would improve on time departures."

There was nothing to watch or even listen to.. tried to pay for direct tv and the credit card reader didn’t work. And we weren’t offered anything to eat . The woman asked if we wanted anything to drink .. never even saw a cart . Although I was in row 7 but with that being said .. I did arrive safely from my trip."

The plane had to be changed for another plane due to a mechanical issue on the first plane, and the new plane had not been stocked with food after it's previous flight, yet the crew member was able to scrounge up some snacks for us! Also got complimentary directtv - nice, but doesn't make up for not getting home in time yet again."
Cons: "United sucks. I have flown it maybe 10-12 times in the past 2.5 years, mostly back and forth between Chicago and Boston. I have had only 3 round trip flights go without a hitch. Every other trip was delayed. This time 4 hours on my return flight to Boston due to a plane switch, boarding of a new plane to discover a mechanical issue, deboarding, waiting for a new plane, then boarding and sitting on the ground for another 40 min before we were able to take off. I was delayed 1.5 hours on the way to Chicago due to another plane swap (no joke). Still doesn't top but my worst 5 hour delay in Chicago on the way back to Boston because the captain didn't show up. United is atrocious and is my last choice or any airline. Only fly when I'm absolutely forced to now due to no other reasonable choices. They are below delta, JetBlue, American, southwest, and embarrassingly, spirit as well. Terrible."

Cons: "United had us board and unboard and then board again due to flight delays. United also told us the delay would be only 40 minutes, but I looked at the delay in SFO and it was 2 hours. Eventually United also increased our delay by 30 minute intervals until it was about 2 hours. Once I arrivied in SFO I got a text message notification stating my luggage had been put on an incorrect flight and I would have to return to get my luggage. The attendants at the podium were rude. This was my first terrible flying experience ever."
