Find cheap flights from Chile to Christchurch

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: I was booked on flight QF 74 from San Francisco, connecting in Sydney (3 hour connection) to Queenstown, New Zealand. When I went to check in I was told that I needed a transit visa for Australia because of my Indian Passport. When I booked the flight back in September, it was not a requirement to have a transit Visa. I was told by the Qantas supervisor that this was a new requirement as of October for Indian and Chinese passport holders even with brief connections. 9 people were in a similar situation the day before and denied boarding. I understand that things change, but I am very disappointed in the service provided to me. Of course, they could not help me get an evisa for Australia, but they were not even willing to help me search for it rebook a Qantas flight connecting in a different city/country. They did not even connect me with online reservations directly to quickly do something to be able to continue on my journey. They only gave me a phone number to call and sent me away. I tried the number and was on hold for almost an hour. Luckily, my friends were on a different flight on Air New Zealand that had seats leaving in 2 hours, and I almost missed that waiting to talk to someone from Qantas. I booked a ticket with Air New Zealand (by talking to their checkin agent, who was able to connect me directly with a reservations agent via a direct line, which was something I was hoping Qantas would help me with at a bare minimum) and I was able to purchase a ticket for that Air NZ flight and continue on. I’m VERY disappointed in the way that I was treated and not provided with assistance in a timely manner. I would have almost missed that flight and have to miss out on pre-arranged travel plans losing out on an additional $2000 in tour / accommodation bookings.

Cons: Jam packed flight. Qantas is squeezing people in and squeezing the profits. Happening way to frequently now.

Pros: Crew was great, I lucked out and got a whole row to myself and the entertainment was awesome.

Cons: The food was just ok.

Cons: 4 hr delay

Pros: Crew was excellent; responsive, cheery. The safety video was unique enough to have passengers pay attention (seldom seen onother airlines). We were impressed and will fly "Air All Blacks" again soon.

Cons: Online checkin presented problems, as did the kiosk checkin. Breakfast could have been served a little earlier -- I realize they wanted to give passengers sleep time and turbulence may have delayed service somewhat, too. Otherwise good.

Pros: Only a 25 minute flight

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything. Air NZ has the best Premium Economy class in the sky.

Cons: All good.

Cons: The seat I had booked and was confirrmed was not available, double booked.

Cons: They were not able to seat me next to my partner despite us having booked/selected our seats 6 months in advance. Additionally, the check in process took forever and we had a bunch of issues getting on the flight

Cons: Boarding was a surprise, at least 200 m walking in the light rain, no previous warning.

Pros: Very helpful in getting on board luggage stowed, attractive interior

Cons: Scheduling was poor (turned up lighting far early than needed) and made too many and too loud of general announcements through the night for an overnight flight.

Pros: Crew was super kind and friendly. Food and beverages were good as well.

Cons: Seat space in main cabin was a little cramped. The seats themselves were a little hard.

Pros: Crew, comfort, snacks

Cons: When boarding stick to boarding from back to front, and stick to rows and not a free for all half way through

Pros: Fantastic crew members who were very helpful with our infant.

Pros: Crew was fantastic! Great seats! Little extras like toothbrush are wonderful!

Pros: Aircraft was a new A320. Superb. Loads of legroom and extra width . Great flight.

Pros: very comfortable reclining seats for sleeping. It was a lot of work for the attendants setting up each bed and then taking it apart. But for me, it was much more comfortable than the flight from SFO to ACK.

Cons: Movies did not change from November to December. I watched 3 on the way to NZ in Nov and they were still the only 3 to interest me on the return flight. Disappointed.

Pros: Everything. Air NZ has the best Premium Economy class in the sky.

Pros: Clean, roomy and peaceful flight

Cons: Not being 20min late and having NO ground announcement about the delay and impact on connecting flights. When I suggest to a staff member that perhaps they should keep customers informed, they said they couldn’t because they didn’t know. They helpfully suggested I google for information! Seriously!

Pros: Smooth flight

Cons: Better informed available for self serve in back

Pros: Entertainment was very good. Crew was professional and efficient.

Cons: The seat had no lower back support and was really uncomfortable.
