The staff was very very helpful! I hated that the main reason I decided to get a rental car in the first place was because I am traveling alone with multiple bags and didn’t want to struggle loading / unloading with transit. Ended up having to do that anyways because the rental pickup requires a shuttle from the airport. Also, it was extremely confusing to find and I spent about an hour looking where to go. Would prefer if you could call them and they pickup their customers in a van or something from the airport. Other than that, the customer service was AMAZING! Great car, very helpful, respectful and 100% recommend them. Just set your expectations on the airport to pickup location before arriving..

There was no staff, only an automat! Did not except two creditcards. I stand at the closed Bromma Airport 22.00 NO CAR. Thank you very much Herz. Never, never anymore!!!!!Personal, other payment options, 24 hours service at an international airport. Hello, it is 2021!

The WORST car rental EVER, hands down!The car got me where I needed and wanted to go on a mechanical level. On every other possible level this rental was a disaster and I honestly cannot believe that is the quality of service that Hertz delivers in Sweden. Never again!False advertising, including misrepresentation of location of Hertz facility and rates quoted vs. charged. Zero customer service: literally, from the time I arrived in Sweden and spoke to a incredibly cold and unprofessional Hertz representative on the phone as I sought help in locating the car to the long walk I had to make in an industrial area with no lighting (I am a 64 year old woman traveling alone) to the empty customer service desk greeting me upon arrival to multiple unexpected charges that I could not decline without cancelling my entire contract to the broken GPS that sent me a total of 3'hjureniutnof my way, to same treatment returning the car.... I travel constantly and I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a major brand like Hertz, which I have relied upon in the past for excellence in service and reliability. I am a mediator, and this experience reminded me of why litigious people are so quick to make a claim against a big corporation: there were real damages here. But because I am a mediator I also know that this could have been solved multiple times along the way at almost no cost to Hertz. I won't be contacting you again on this matter, but really: you need to fix this or lose your brand value in Sweden, where there is real competition for the business.

Hard to change cars and find peopleThe window was broken, there were scratches everywhere that was not documented. We were not charged at the end but spent many hours finding someone to look over the car (it was automated service where the keys were just dropped off with us) They gave us an electric car, which we didn't want. They said they tried to call us but because international number, could not reach. They could have emailed us. All in all, we spent about 4 hours figuring out how to change cars and report the scratches. In addition, dropping off the car at Oslo airport was not clear at what location they were.

The car was supposed to be a convertible but it only had a sunroof.

Rental specified a car from their "special" class and paying for, and i ended up with their cheapest car class despite the 100 buck difference between their cheapest A class and "Special". On-site the staff told me that their special division entailed a class A car, which is very misleading! So despite being a long term Gold Reward member i was not even given the courtesy to speak to their manager to sort this one out. Going back to Avis
