The boarding was truly bizarre. The staff did not know about the fast pass biometrics and I had to block the line digging out my passport. Then when we got to the aero bridge, we could not board and instead were lined up in 3 lines for 10 minutes before we could actually step on the plane. The last 3 rows in the middle on the 797-9 do not have overhead lockers and the side lockers were all filled with crew bags and spare paper cups. The whole ground experience at Doha airport was strange. Staff seemed to be mainly decorative and were not very competent, but they were pleasant.

In the business class it was everything wonderful. However in the economy is a hell. BTW. When I asked to search for tickets, I ordered business and I was offered options with economy, that was not clear in the order, so I could've acted faster to rectify it.
The service was good but the food was a NO
The space was tight, hardly any leg room and the crew surprisingly were busy and did not take the time to attend to passengers, felt rushed. There was a delay for check in since the systems were down the airport staffs were accommodating

The flight was not on time in taking off and landing and it resulted in me missing the connection which qatar airways didn't take responsibility for and blamed it on me using manipulated flight landing and take off information. I will never fly qatar again
The first and longest leg, Washington to Doha, was in a 777 that was very loud. This was an older aircraft. The second leg, Doha to Delhi, was in a much newer aircraft, an A350 and was very substantially quieter. The service was good on both, though as always, the crew leaves you trapped with your meal tray for a really long time. Additionally, the flight crew seemed inordinately afraid of turbulence, keeping the seat belt sign on for long stretches when there was barely noticeable turbulence.
Its a long flight. Please provide free wifi as soon as long ts not interfering with aircraft data.
No WiFi. No food. 250 ml of water only drink option. No entertainment options. Extremely bare bones flight
The crew’s professionalism was top notch and the food and drinks available were excellent. I only ask that we get the refurbished 777’s on the London to Bermuda route that I had for the London to Singapore leg. The updated infotainment system is much better than the older version
The boarding process was quite loud and chaotic. The flight attendants kept barking over the PA system about people needing to only stow large items in the overhead bins. During the one and only service, I was hit by the service cart. At the same time, a passenger was returning from the bathroom and the crew definitely saw him but stopped a few seats short of allowing him to sit down before starting service and made him wait a good 10 minutes before passing his seat and allowing him to sit down, after which he had to ask for his snack and beverage or he would have been passed over. Neither flight attendant thanked passengers as they left; in fact, I did not see them again once the plane door was opened.
Expected a lot better service paying for a business class seat. Seemed to be short on staff and did not get the service I expected.
Flight was delayed by 7 hours and it caused all kind of issues
Like everything except i got mad at the family sitting infront of us. But that is not BB's fault. BB and Iberia were excellent.
Have more options for food so folks can select what to eat. Entertainment was not great. I think that's one area they can greatly improve one. Update the movies and choices for entertainment. The crew was professional and very responsive and offered great service. Good job
The airline was great. London airport is a mess. I never want to go to that airport ever again.
My flight was canceled. I had to rebook through Frankfurt and take a train flight to Frankfurt was very cramped. Only a tiny bottle of water and one treat was offered drinks that would be free anywhere else cost money that was not good. I will probably avoid British Airways in the future
Couldn’t travel through this flight as the connection missed because of the first flight from Phoenix to London itself got delayed
