There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Cons: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."
Cons: "Boarding at Singapore airport was shocking, as we had to wait 6 hours for our flight. Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. I think for the price of the ticket and lower gasoline costs compared to the height of the recession this is simply outrageous. Next time I'll pay for economy plus. You get a seat that is wider than economy but a little bit less legroom than a business one and the second baggage is included. The meal was nothing special but the friendliness of the flight attendants made up for it."

Despite my repeated requests, neither Airfare.com nor United nor Lufthansa were willing to adjust my consequent itinerary to correct that conspicuous deficiency. Instead, both United and Lufthansa representatives repeatedly assured me that the 40 minute connection would present no problem; and Airfare.com tried to extract a 33% premium on its original sale to make any such adjustment. As it turned out, my apprehensions were realized when boarding and tarmac delays at SFO consumed the entire layover, and a subsequent gate delay at ORD frustrated the commendable efforts of the flight crew to facilitate the de-boarding of passengers with close connections. Contrary to United and Lufthansa's explicit reassurances, the long run halfway down one concourse and all the way back up a second left me four minutes short of the gate closure. You guys need to get your act together. If either airline chooses to finance its operations by selling tickets to an "aggregator", such a business practice should not relieve the airline of its obligation to provide reliable service to its ultimate customer, the flyer. I am currently working to identify an appropriate regulatory agency to whom to report this cynical misrepresentation of services and the patently corrupt business model upon which it is based."

Cons: "After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman."

This is becoming more and more of a problem with American Airlines and looks like Etihad cares less for this and they simply told me in Chicago that it was American Airlines issue and not theirs! Cons: "There are no blue US custom declaration forms on the flight anymore. Many people cannot access the automatic kiosks, and I wish we could still have access to the forms while on the plane. It is stressful to have to do it after landing, with no real place to write. The flights were both fine, but the layover in DFW was a nightmare. Thankfully we landed 30 min early, but we only made our connection with a few minutes the spare. We ran through the airport, and had to ask many people if we could go ahead of them at the security. We didn't have time to use the bathroom and buy water/food. I understand this is not the airline's fault, but I would recommend extending the minimum connection time at this airport."

Pros: "They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."

Cons: "The organization with American Airlines at Charles de Gaulle was absolutely pathetic. I understand it's a busy airport, but NONE of the other airlines had lines like American did. Then by the time you get up to an American airline employee, incompetence was written all over their faces. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they insisted on separating my partner and me while doing security questions, meanwhile other parties who were together were not separated (LGBT discrimination). This pushed us back 10 minutes--we were separated and he was having to wait for me after the questioning to get my bag checked, too. I'll add that we arrived to the airport with over 2 hours to spare before our flight which should have been more than enough time. We probably would have missed the flight if not for a few decent Charles de Gaulle employees who bumped us though lines at customs when they realized the time crunch, no thanks to anyone with American Airlines. I heard so many saying they will not use American Airlines again, and how saving a few dollars was not worth the headache. Flying is already stressful enough, don't make it that much worse."

There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"

Cons: "Gate agent refused to let me carry on a suitcase that I have carried on dozens of flights (this specific suitcase) and I understand overhead limitations (I have more than 4 million air miles just between United and American Airlines). This was an A320 and I was about #10 getting on the flight. Space was not an issue. This added an hour to a 25 hour day to wait for luggage at LAX. And BA gives the agents an edge in that their test fixture has rounded corners to that a 22 inch suitcase that has hard square edges at the bottom (or wheels that make it square) won't fit in it. So the agent just points that it doesn't fit and you have to check. I was not happy from Paris to London."
Pros: "British Air reps took us through security and to the gate for boarding which was most appreciated after our check-in. Once on the plane the flight was great and the crew helpful. I wheel chair was waiting for us when we landed in London."
Cons: "We were told to check in at terminal 2A to British Air for our flight. BA was on the lower floor almost in terminal 2B and there were no signs indicating where we were to find their check-in. When we checked in they initially had no record of our continuing flight on Virgin Atlantic to the US. They checked our bags through to the US but could not give us boarding cards for the 2nd leg of our flight on Virgin."

The gate agent was accommodating and checked them at no charge, but that could have been an expensive proposition if she wasn't perceptive. All food and drinks on this flight are for purchase vs. complimentary"

He this was our seventh plane ride in two weeks and nobody else has given us a problem.. After 10 days on the Camino DeSantiago the extra stress was not welcome.. Also short trip with the no there for each service was disappointing. Didn’t see a whole lot of the crew. It was if they were taking a break the entire time."

Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

We had to call British Airways and then the booking company (Webjet) to finally get things sorted out. British Airways counted our flight from JFK to CDG as a "no show" but in reality, we had just missed our connecting flight because of so many delays at JFK. We had received no notification from Webjet or British Airways of these changes and were told that our taxes were refunded for the return tickets."

A different tune was played by the airport staff for international connections who helped us expeditiously and kindly to be rerouted on an United Airlines flight."

It took multiple time to finally have a BA ticket agent finally correct the issue. Please dont use Airfare.com their support is the worst."

Cons: "First off they quote you rate and you pay. Then you find out that you have to pay more just to request a seat. Complete move motivated by pure greed and manipulating us the consumer. Even more so if you don't go and request your seat 24hrs before the flight they automatically assign you the middle seat so they can go and sell the better window and aisle seats. This pretty much makes me want to never use your greedy airline again. Also when I was boarding I get stopped and told my carry on was to large. THE VERY SAME ONE I BROUGHT WITH ME. Why is it too big now? They really had no answer other than they told me I had to check it. The lady was verbally aggressive with me about it. After I was backing down only because I was afraid of losing my flight she then requested a CC saying I had to pay for it. I was literally pulling things out of my bag holding in my hand for my flight. She insisted I had to pay for it. I pointed out that my ticket included 2 bags to begin with and I only used one she said it doesn't matter because its to big for the plane I have to pay. I'm beyond furious now as I'm dropping stuff out of my hands trying to manage everything. I'd like to point out this is just a small gym bag and its a lot smaller than my carry on suite case which I'm frustrated. I'm pretty much pissed off the whole flight to only be more at the end. When the plane lands and I'm getting off I notice every single person has a carry on suite case all of which are much larger than my gym bag. My freaking gym bag fits in the tiny locker at the gym. I HATE BRITISH AIRLINES they only succeed at swindling money from you."
