Cons: This is my 2nd International Flight and Qantas outrated the other airline 100x’s over. Thank you

Pros: First rate crew, friendly and professional through the long flight. The food was excellent and the crew offered snacks and drinks between meals. I paid the extra to sit in a section upstairs that I was able to get up and move around frequently.

Cons: It’s a long flight but that can’t be helped. Economy seats are really cramped and so I paid $190 for more leg room on the way back. Would highly recommend. I wouldn’t sit right next to the bathroom again. (Check seat guru first) Also wasn’t able to check in with my mobile phone. Had to go through the line.

Pros: Entertainment options. Communications from captain. Dimming of cabin lights.

Cons: Delays on both ends, including a substantial delay waiting for an open gate. Food was poor. Flight attendants were occasionally impolite.

Pros: Crew were very helpful

Cons: First time travelling with the airline and wasn't aware of having to book things like food and entertainment. These things come standard with all other airlines I have flow with so was very surprised when finding out about it mid flight. Can't say I was very pleased but must say crew were very good

Cons: The boarding was inconvenient. LAX has just been updated. Gerri g a bus out to the tarmac is something I expect in Africa. Can Air NZ move to a different terminal?

Cons: As an incoming traveller and a Platinum Qantas member, I was refused access to the Qantas Lounge on arrival in Townsville. All I wanted to do was spend fifteen minutes reviewing my diary and directions for the visits planned here. This is the Irish version of hospitality. God bless his departure.

Pros: The crew was amazing! Its amazing the difference in overall politeness of that australian based flight crew vs a US based crew. Every need, every question, every request answered with a smile.

Cons: I pay for the airspace above my seat - I didn't get it! Flight attendant obese and not me twice. QF need to lock their cattle class seat backs - insufficient seat pitch to allow leaning.

Pros: Everything, I was upgraded to the upper cabin, crews are wonderfully friendly and warm.

Cons: First aid kit, in case of sudden nose bleed caused by dry air. Other than that, perfect!

Pros: The service, comfort. Flight was 20 minutes early, our luggage came out quickly. This was the first flight for us on the dream airline in business. It was fantastic.

Cons: All I got for breakfast was a muffin, they ran out of fruit and yogurt before they got to my seat

Pros: Fantastic crew members who were very helpful with our infant.

Pros: The service was friendly and attentive, the food was good, the legroom was amazingly good for coach, and there were lots of good movies available. Really great all the way around.

Cons: For such a long trans-oceanic flight, I am used to the cabin crew coming around with drinks on a regular basis to keep people hydrated. That didn't really happen on this flight; I had to get up twice and walk to where the crew were hanging out (in a closed-curtain area) and ask for water.

Pros: The staff are always so friendly, and even though we had to return to the airport due to a plane fault, the airline handled things very well. Loved free wifi

Cons: Qantas’ fleet is a bit sad and aged and needs to be a little bit more modern. I don’t think I’d chose to fly qantas if I had the choice... boarding is weird, almost half the plane has “priority” boarding and they board everyone together so there’s honestly no perk to being a premium airline member

Pros: I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated.

Cons: Flight delayed due to mechanical faults for 4 hours. $15 meal voucher is not sufficient to cover the cost of proper meal. Airlines if allocating seats automatically should not put a female in between two males, not a very nice experience. No option to amend seat.

Pros: Crew and plane were fine. Nothing super special. Definitely less desirable a flight than European.

Cons: The international flights Quantas runs are fine. Beware of JETSTAR this airline is somehow even worse than value airlines in the United States. They weigh bags at check in, harass customers, the worst experience I have ever had in the air. Fly anyone else. JETSTAR IS BEYOND TERRIBLE.

Pros: It was a routine flight and everything was OK but not fantastic

Cons: Some of the food served was quite bad .... other options were pretty good

Pros: Entertainment was very good. Crew was professional and efficient.

Cons: The seat had no lower back support and was really uncomfortable.
