My flight from Sydney to LA the headphones and the jack didn’t work. I informed the crew member it was an over 15 hour flight with no sound in entertainment. I asked if they had kosher or halal options in one of the flights to Brisbane, the crew member wasn’t pleasant in the reply. I took the vegetarian option that’s fine but surely the crew member can say no in a more pleasant way. Although I had a great time in Australia. Thank you

Pros: "Upon confirming my flight I had received a middle seat. When I got to Sydney I was able to talk a host at the gate to see if she can move to an aisle seat. She did and it was at the front of the row with plenty of leg room. I couldn’t have asked for a better flight home."

Pros: "Boarding from an obscure gate, then being bused quite a long way to the plane was slow and tedious. There were many queues and delays along the way and the plane was late leaving. Food was not great but we we were not offered anything to drink not even water with the meal until we had finished eating. I know crew works hard but that seemed a time management problem. There is no service involved plonking down a tray. Water could be included."

Pros: "Had problems with check in because of china eastern mishandling our baggage, the Quantas staff got everything sorted for us. Plenty of leg room on the flight and the cabin staff were fantastic, only thing that let it down was the food choice, but, as it was only a 3 hour flight this wasn;t really a problem. Would gladly fly with them again any time."

Pros: "This was AA flying for Quantas and it was all very nice; the taste of the food left something to be desired, but it was all decent portions and we were fed three times. The staff was terribly accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was top notch! The flight was smooth and was as comfortable as a 12 hour flight can be. After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."

Tahiti Nui Was great we did some business class, I don’t know how the regular seats were. LAX is horrible. I wish Tahiti Nui flew through San Diego

Cons: "Hard to board when everyone lines up and doesn't get out of the way for those to board whose seat numbers were called. The attendant started calling the next numbers before the first group had a chance to get through all the people waiting! You couldn't push thru the crowd because others in front of you were in the same predicament. People were asked to stay in their seats until their numbers were called but they didn't listen. We were an hour late taking off. Food was not very good and I'm not a picky eater. Rolls were hard as a rock and The eggs were uneatable. The lady in front of me reclined her seat all the way back and slept the whole flight so I was uncomfortable the whole way home and couldn't sleep. Her seat was resting on my knees. Very hard to eat off a tilted tray table. Seats very close together so hard to get to the remote."

Cons: "The flight was delayed, the food wasn't good at all, because I was traveling with a cast on my left foot I asked for a front seat a week before my flight and when I asked at the counter at the airport they say that they wouldn't be able to give me a front seat, the lady at the counter wasn't nice at all, she didn't help and it felt that she wasn't trying to help me or to manege any other solution."

Cons: "We spent a long time on the tarmac at LAX. The explanation was that they were making sure everyone's bags got on board...which I felt was very odd. We left late, and arrived in Pape'ete 45 minutes late. Otherwise, the experience was excellent."
Pros: "This is a direct flight from Paris to LA so you don't have to pick up your luggage to go through customs when you go back to the US. You save a lot of time! I had 2 seats for myself. The cabin looks very attractive because of its colors. The Tahitian music is relaxing. It is also nice to see the crew with a Tahitian outfit, Tahitian pearls... You kind of travel without going to Tahiti! The crew is always very pleasant. The food is better than with any American airline."

Cons: "I did not like the schedule. Leaving by 7 in the evening would permit many more connecting flights upon arrival in LA. Leaving Papeete at midnight wss exhausting. There were a lot of empty spaces but when we were assigned seats, we were not asked if we would like a place to stretch out (which we would have!)"

Cons: "The beds did not lay flat to sleep, making it hard to sleep on your sides. Please convert them to lie totally flat like Singapore air or British airways. The champagne was a bit bitter. The only champagne I've ever liked was on Singapore airs business class to frankfurt, germany."
Pros: "My bag was destroyed, and I was told I had to check my back pack in which was BS n was charged $100 to check it in... getting in contact with customer service about the issue is impossible. The crews customer service was satisfactory, you can tell they don't want to be there. I will never fly them again."

Pros: "According to our reservation we had seat assignments (not marked seat requested) but when we checked in they assigned us seats in the back of the plane. When we showed theconfirmation and seat assignments they checked and said a family with children has priority so they gave our 2 seats to them. However when we got on the plane we saw that it was not a family but 2 separate individuals. Not sure why they got our seats but it obviously was not because of a child. Another flight with them several days earlier we also got our seats reassigned but the flight confirmation on that leg said seats requested so when they reassigned us we could justify the airline thought that request is different than assigned."
