Cons: "The business seats at B777-300ER was very uncomfortable for a long distance trip with duration of 14,5 hours."
Pros: "The crew was very polite and very helpful. Boarding process was smooth and easy, however, the Singapore airport has security checks at every gate prior to boarding. This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."
Cons: "On a 14 hour flight, staying well hydrated is very critical and difficult. It would have been nice for the crew to make more frequent trips through the cabin to offer just water refills to keep passengers hydrated and reduce plastic cup usage."

Pros: "Flight was full but crew was attentive and very pleasant. Star Alliance Lounge at LAX had a good variety of food and drinks - Asian, western, small bites, snacks; red, white, bubbly and even a bartender who'll mix up cocktails. I love flying SQ."

It was un-imaginable as to what they did, they left no stone unturned to make sure we were comfortable, fed us with awesome food every now and then. Were looked after like babies! Thank you SQ!"

Cons: "Everything. Singapore Airlines had a great reputation. Imagine my disappointment. It was a horrible flight. The crew was nice enough, but inattentive. The food, if such a term may be applied here, was inedible. Just vile. In flight entertainment was a complete joke. Boarding was awful, but it always is. Seats were extremely uncomfortable. This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."
The pilot tried to make up for lost time due to delays that were out of her control. She communicated the issues openly and clearly and made every effort to do what she could to alleviate issues.
No refunds for flights that I could not take due to Covid restrictions
Pros: "The food we were served was of excellent quality which is so unusual when it comes to airline meals, crew and service was great as well. Obviously Air NewZealand have a far better understanding of what there customer base require compared to their competitors"

Heathrow gates are very long distances for anyone with mobility issues and switching terminals is confusing if not done regularly. Onboard staff was helpful. On board entertainment was free and varied. No WiFi?"

Cons: "The headphone jack to watch movies was broken so I wasn’t able to watch anything over the 14 hour flight. This was especially frustrating because I had to pay for my seat selection and I assumed all of your seats would be in working order."
Cons: "I missed my flight. My flight from Melbourne with Qantas was delayed. I received an express connection ticket to go through Immigration, customs, etcetera. I ran, all for nothing. I should have known better, for sure. 2 hours is unrealistic. But this tickets shouldn't be offered, they give the impression that you can make it. And the staff in Melbourne, and the crew on the plane, all were extremely reassuring. I got to the gate of Alaska Airlines, the people there could only offer me a ticket two days later. And basically they said it was Qantas fault. Having almost no time and no clear way to communicate with Qantas (the 1800 number is useless), I had to book and pay a new ticket. Now I am going to try to contact Qantas for reimbursement but I am not optimistic. In summary, do not buy these types of tickets "in collaboration" with two companies. Especially if you make the connection in the US. It is a scam. 2 hours is no time. And even if you have 3 or 4 hours and there is a delay, you are basically on your own, and the companies give the responsibilities to each other."
Cons: "American airlines dont know what passengers need to enter a country and then rebooked me on new zealand air but quantos changed that and i dont know where my bags are. Does the insurance i bought cover any if not all of these inconveniences."
Cons: "The airport closure wasn't PALs fault but the absolute lack of organisation and an attitude "act of God so look after yourself" is disgusting. Flying business expected some service but had nothing and they smiled and said they rebooked me 16 days later. Other airlines would book you on different carriers but not PAL. Last time no matter what special deal they offer."

Pros: "It was my first A380 flight, and overall I was disappointed relative to the Dreamliner. Yet it stands out as a positive the way that Qantas has configured business class on the upper deck. It's quite peaceful. The staff was pleasant, but could have been more attentive. It felt like some cared and others did not."
Cons: "I have flown millions of miles with Qantas, but it's been more than 10 years since my last flights. My expectations were high and i the end I only felt "OK" about the experience. The seats are not competitive with other business classes in the sky. I realize that is about to change. I flew Air Canada into Australia, and while my seat was unfortunately broken, the capabilities and overall comfort of their seats is far superior to Qantas. The business class lounge in Sydney had very poor food options in my opinion, and I was quite peckish after having skipped lunch to travel to the airport for a 4pm flight. The food options on the flight were much better, though overall options / taste were just OK."

The part that really made for a poor trip was that we checked luggage, and it took 1.5 hrs. to get our luggage. This made it so we barely got to our next flight. We were the last ones on board.

Not only did they rob me at the check in desk of $210, there was also an extremely loud alarm coming from the exit door of the plane the crew couldn't fix. I was sitting right next to it for an hour and had to plug my ears to avoid hearing damage. This was the worst flight I've ever been on, and I've flown hundreds of times"

Pros: "This no-frills airline gets you to and from Australia fairly cheaply, although when you start adding in all the extras, it may not be as cheap as first thought."
Cons: "We attempted to add a meal online and were thwarted at every turn. It took a call and talking to a real person to resolve our issue. Plus, the in-flight service is so minimal; one person in our party tried to get a glass of water, and never received one. It seems a little parsimonious to charge for things like coffee and tea, especially on such a long flight between the US and Australia."
