The flight was delayed dur to which I missed my bus from Chicago to Champaign.
I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.
The crew was amazing. Super polite and welcoming. Excellent communication and service.
The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..
Inflight wi-fi is below par and difficult to access.
Great service, great food, and comfortable business class seats... Friendly and professional flight attendants and ground crew, overall 5 star experience!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.
My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.
From check-in staff to in-flight staff, everyone was wonderfully kind
Paid for premium economy had no tv the whole time the crew tried to reset/reboot but would not work they said they would put a trouble ticket in for it. We had 3 seats my tv was the only one that didn't work. They cancelled our flight re worked us on another that left us at airport over night on the floor I have a ten year old and a 78 diabetic mother which also had shingles and suffers from nerve pain in legs and back. Requested wheelchair service at all airports after the re route NO wheelchair service was there to help. WORST experience we have ever had. Went to American airlines assistance it was closed. I AM FURIOUS!!! I expect some sort of compensation from this traumatic experience and no need for flying points we don't plan on using American airlines again!!!!
Everything was fine once we actually got on our flight. It was more then annoying they canceled (delayed) our flight. We lost out on a day of our trip along with money on our stay. Plus we had to book another hotel. So expensive.
Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~
Those seats were way too narrow. I had the middle seat, one person was a very skinny person and we still couldn’t avoid touching each other anytime one of us moved. The other person was larger and we were basically sitting in each others lap the entire flight. There was zero entertainment. The flight was long enough to justify tvs, but no. Gotta sit there in your infant seat and twiddle your thumbs.
Our flight was great we left Kona earlier and got into LAX almost an 1hour earlier as well. LAX AA is in repair so to get out and found our bus to get pick up was a bit confusing.
The flight was smooth, on time and without any issues.

No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that
Crew is good. Food lacked any taste. Comfort of seating in economy was worst ever experienced.
Great crew. Food was better than average, including hot meals and warm cookies. Flight was smooth and we were kept informed of turbulence.
Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.
