We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

Extremely bad BAD BAD BAD. NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN..PIRATES COMPANY.

two of our bags didn't arrive - this is nonsense given we weren't connecting from anywhere and the flight wasn't full so there shouldn't have been a weight problem. Also, business class and star alliance gold, my bags should have been prioritized.

It was disapointing during the wait in Cancun. It took several hours to clean and they told us during that time we could not stand, use the bathroom, have service etc.

The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up

My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support

I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.

I had ordered gluten free vegetarian but I got chicken instead. I wasn’t able to eat the meal. It’s hard not having food to eat when it’s an international flight. I don’t want to complain but when it’s a 14 hours flight. It would be nice to have something to eat.
