Booked a united Air flight with option to pick seat , then found out was on an Air Canada flight with assigned seat , then they wanted a several dollar charge for some 25 cent value entertainment listening ear device

The free snack options are pretty pitiful for a 2.40h flight.

Basics were there, but a 5:15 flight with almost no food ans no entertainment, it is quite long.

Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA

Onboarding process was great and efficient. Plane was very new and entertainment choices were great. The only complain is no meal despite it was a flight that is longer than 6 hours.

Flight was delayed due to weather and clogged toilet. Had to deplane. Flight was 3 hours delayed. Crew was awesome and offered water and snacks.

Extremely uncomfortable sitting in a small space for 2 hours, especially for older people. Understood it was circumstantial.

Shout out to the check in counter staff in Richmond. So pleasant and helpful with ticketing and seat selection.

Both flights were late by about 30 minutes .. Other than that, everything was ok..

United cancelled the flight after a 2 hour delay. The only choice was a 24 hour delay which was then 3 hours delayed.

Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.

Air Canada is the best company I’ve ever flown with. If I had the money, I would only fly with them.

Terrible - flight was flagged for fraudulent payment from being booked via Kayak. Requested to rebook with original credit card or provide new payment. Air Canada stay at JFK did not know how to process new payment. Had to fly from La Guardia 2 1/2 hours later instead with Air Canada.

It was a small plane and difficult to put my carry-on bag in the overhead compartment. The crew was awesome and boarding was good.

I liked Air Canada crew, very profession, the food was excellent. The boarding was fast but has room for improvement. My monitor screen wasn't working at all so I had no entertainment.

Many of staff seemed unfriendly. Food was not good, and of course the meat option ran out for the back of the plane. Staff came by to pick up trash/things rarely. Deboarding and boarding were exceptionally slow (probably customers' fault) and it took almost 30 minutes for luggage to appear. Conversely, on the way over (Toronto to Vienna) I had the best meal -some king of chicken- that I may have ever had on an airplane.

The Q400 plane is getting old and very noisy. They should allow the quieter jets fly onto the island.

Air Canada seats do not have much room compared to other airlines I’ve traveled with. Also, the lack of free WiFi is a negative. All airlines need to be better about this.

Boarding needs to be organized. There were 3 lines and much cutting off!!

i know it's complimentary - but they didn't have enough snack for all the passengers. there was no entertainment or available WiFi
