Because of the volume of flights leaving Doha airport, taxiing for take-off was almost 45minutes, so the flight was delayed. Qatar Airways does not use a jetway gate at Montreal YUL airport, so one has to plan for an additional 30min or so delay in getting off the airplane, going down steep steps, boarding buses and finally getting to the terminal. The buses drop international travelers at one end of the terminal, so there is a 15min walk to get to Immigration.

My flight going to doha had economy seats that had a little more leg room. Coming back the leg room was not there. I'm 6'3" and my knees were against the chair in front of me. I couldn't slide my feet under the chair. The 15 hour flight felt like torture from the lack of sleep I was getting being so uncomfortable. Food and crew were great though.

Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.

First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.

Worst air experience in whole life . Boarding and checking was hassle as they did 3 times. Crew team was clueless about passengers need. Despite of passengers raising hand , they were resetting the program

Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Trop from plane to gate at Qatar airport was very long .

Found out we were limited to one carry on item per person as we checked in and weight. This requirement has never happened to us before. Then we get on the plane and it's apparent why. There is barely any space on this plane. I sat in the middle row middle seat and shared a single section of leg room with the stranger next to me. Had to put my backpack in the overhead which barely fit and made it so I didn't want to bother getting my things out of it later like my eye mask. There was an angry man complaining about his seat and demanding to be switched for a good 15 to 20 minutes as we were boarding. To the flight attendants' credit, they didn't give into him (not that they could have), but it definitely made for an unpleasant experience. Also there was a child running up and down the aisle during the flight including takeoff and landing. The crew told the parents but they just smiled and continued letting the kid do this. This was p annoying and not to mention dangerous for the kid

We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary

Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA

The flight was fine but no food available apart from snacks like Pringles and olives which was a problem for me as I hadn’t eaten anything that day. But the worst problem was BA left 24 suitcases in Heathrow as the flight was too full but didn’t tell anyone. So we waited for ages at Toulouse airport with no information and finally found out from the one member of staff in the baggage collection area who explained what had happened and apologised for no announcement being made but said that was their policy. Then BA contacted me today to say they have found my luggage and can deliver it to me on Tuesday - half way through my holiday!!!! So a friend has had to make a four hour round trip in his car to go and collect the luggage from the airport so we can get it today. A TOTAL SHAMBLES AND DISREGARD BY BA FOR THEIR PASSENGERS’ BEST INTERESTS.

The business class seat was an uncomfortable conversion of a main cabin seat well below the quality of even the budget carriers in the US. I would have never paid for business class if would have known I get the same seat as main cabin. BA has gone down hill significantly in this class of service.

Hand bag was taken to be checked in at boarding gate

Lost bag and absolutely no assistance in the short term. No-one to help either via phone or at the airport APPAULING

The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!

British Airways, shame on you the worst flight experience ever!! Avoid at all cost if you can!!! My flight was apparently overbooked and I was refused to fly, apparently this is normal, nothing unusual and I should take it easy and still be happy and smiling when they trying to offer me a stand by ticket for the next flight!!! 🤯🤯🤯 Never ever again thank you very much what the crop service it is there's something fundamentally wrong going with this company I was unable to check in online I was unable to download the receipt I was unable to manage my booking I was waiting in the queue for the luggage when all the desks had some it issues I was refused to fly what else could go wrong??? 🤯🤯🤯

The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip.

I am 6'3" and there is no way I can sit in one of the economy seats again. I could not even open the tray table because my knees where in the way. Smallest seats I have ever seen. Never again. I tried to purchase one of the exit rows or bulkhead seats when I booked the flight but was unable to.
