Premium economy seats and food we're very nice although the price could be more affordable so we can do it more often.
Not up to their standard . After checking in my bag and having made a tight connection off NZ 29, they tried to bump me off the flight at the gate. In they end I argued myself onto the plane but my bag followed on a later plane. After over 24 hours of flying and despite being an Air NZ Platinum card holder being put in this position was unnaceptable

Your entertainment could be better. I flew on Air New Zealand in January so was expecting a better choice in February...but no luck. Same choices and also could have a better selection. Otherwise, lovely service, the purser came to our seats to welcome us. Overall, very nice. Direct flight from Auckland to YVR was fantastic!
They are my favourite airline in the world by a million miles.
Do the bumpy weather the whole trip they were very few times when the seatbelt sign wasn't on

I love the “boarding from the back” idea - it’s so much better than the “Zones” idea that many others use. Also, the inflight wifi was a first for me! Very nice to have on a 13-hour flight!
typical long haul economy flight. Food was mediocre, inflight service was average. Offered in flight snacks but in seat ordering didn't work. Entertainment was good.
Can you please process refund. Mum died and dad went to Pakistan to bury her after cancelling flight.
I felt scammed. The priced advertised was different than what I paid. I paid the whole some online. I then got a call 20 minutes later saying I need to paid 70 more person. She said the price online is not the guaranteed price.
Delay and keep changing gates. I have to run around from B to C then to E.
Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.
When I booked it on Kayak it aaid that I wasn't allowed hamd luggage. I called United Airlines and it took them 6 minutes to figure out if I was allowed free hand luggage. Surely something that simple they should be able to tell me instantly.
Liked nothing. As per previous segment it was delay delay delay.
Most disapointing experience. We were rerouted to Toronto, after a 7 hours flight , where we sat on the tarmac for a little over 4 hours, in a full airplain with no air. We were given a tiny cup of water twice during that wait. After the long wait we taxi out of toronto to wait another 30 min. Many people missed their conections including my kids and I. We were promised a hotel room in Montreal on the aircraft and at the exit of the aircraft, then directed to a desk after custom where me and my two kids were told that we do not get a room for the night and that we were on our own, after a back and fourth and stating what was told to us, the agent at the counter says that we are right and that we should have a room. I ask the lady if she could look into a different flight for us for the next day as I was with two you g kids and wanted them to get some rest. The gentlemen next to her jumps in and said there wss nothing without even (pretending) looking at their system, I insist and say that they could look for the kids. They seemed to have trouble with our reservation so they gave up. I told them that I needed to talk to a manager, they said there were no managers and that no one can do anything, to which I responded that there must be someone that could do something and that it does not make sense for them to repeat the same think as we are not undestanding each other. She threatns to call security and says I am rude. I say I will go, just give me the vouchers and ger response is “ not giving you the vouchers because you are rude”. I was not rude. It is normal to want to talk to a manager. I even said that the people at the counter were not resoonsible for the long journey and that there was nothing they could have done. But to threten and himiliate someone just because they ask for someone else to talk to ? I understand they are overwhelmed, but you know the quality and calibre of a company in the bad times not the smooth ones. I ended up leaving and paying for my own room and board.
Basics were there, but a 5:15 flight with almost no food ans no entertainment, it is quite long.
Extremely uncomfortable sitting in a small space for 2 hours, especially for older people. Understood it was circumstantial.
I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.
We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us
All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.
Over all good except the food was not good at all
It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.
My flight got Delayed due to the airline. The attending Crewe in Montreal were not super helpful and I arrived 13 1/2 hours late from my original arrival time. Air Canada lost my luggage, they stated they booked me a hotel room overnight at no fee, however when I arrive to the hotel, there was no reservation. It also took me three different attempts to get the hotel, even covered by Air Canada as they were arguing that they were not responsible for this, despite it having been delayed due to the airline. Overall, the service was very very poor and what should’ve been a short five hour trip turned into a 13 1/2 hour saga with me, spending a night in a random airport overnight due to Air Canada’s errors, and searching for my luggage until 2 o’clock in the morning. I will never fly Air Canada again.
$2600 for the flight with food then not even a dog will eat specially breakfast
Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.
Our connection flight was cancelled due to the crew being detained in customs for drug trafficking. Ruining my last two days of vacation because they cancelled the rebooked flight too. Worst experience of my life, i want my money back because nobody can give me back those days and reservations i had planned for 6 months.
Original flight was canceled by Air Canada and next day they re scheduled and paid by hotel and taxi cost, but it just so tired for waiting and I have some school exam that I couldn't prepare it at all.
